Out of all the timmies close to us this location has time and time again been our favorite. They make our coffees and turkey bacon clubs perfectly and they don't forget the extra mayo! The service is always friendly and effecient.

Tims customer service has gotten worse and worse over the years I think I’m done coming here. The “owner replied” and if you can see this yes I will definitely do what you said and express my experiences, everyday I get coffee in the morning, I go to McDonald’s or Starbucks now because your employees do not care about their job next to none of them even speak English, and cherry on top they have 0 manners or even understand how to be polite.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at the Tim Hortons on eaglson Road in Ottawa, Ontario. I waited over 40 minutes for a Supreme Stack sandwich, only to be told they refused to make it after the wait. No explanation, no apology, and no effort to resolve the issue. Completely unacceptable service and a huge waste of time. I won’t be returning to this location.

1 in 4 times I go to this Tim’s something in my order is messed up! The speed of the drive thru is below average but still lots of mistakes or missing items or not the correct amount(have gotten less than 20 timbits in box multiple times!).

Everyone at this location is pretty friendly except for one guy who does not greet you or say a word the entire time. Even after he made my coffee wrong two days in a row he never apologizes or anything. He needs a lesson in customer service.
