The employee Putt large cup inserted in an extra large cup.I paid $ 4 dollars, assuming i'm getting extra large .I get a large french vanilla.That's gonna stop it is pathetic.How to cheat customer . This is my preferred Tim’s. They’re very good at making sure my sugar is properly stirred and my orders are right. Forgot to grab his name, but the (filipino?) man you guys just hired was super pleasant on window (sep 24 @ noon). Really love the service from pleasant employees like that, more please!

Just spent an hour on the road- get a drink through the drive through that had a leak in the cup. My cup holder becomes a lake and I now have to change my clothes- went back and was given my $ back. Pretty crappy considering that I am left to clean up a mess caused by them. Not asking for a lot but considering the inconvenience $4.00 is not really accepting responsibility or remorse. You just lost a regular customer…
