Food prep person, came to cash took orders...wearing gloves he had to prep food...then returned to food prep without changing gloves after handling cash etc.

I had at your establishment on January 15 and 16.
On January 15, at approximately 11:45 AM, I ordered chicken sandwiches. However, after waiting for some time, it appeared that my order had been forgotten. When I inquired about it, the staff member asked me what I was looking for. I explained my order, and she acknowledged it, after which I received my sandwiches.
I decided to give the location another chance on January 16, around 11:50 AM, and ordered the same chicken sandwiches. Unfortunately, I encountered a similar issue; once again, my order was not prepared. I reminded the same staff member of my experience the previous day, expressing my concern about the recurring issue of orders not being made on time. Her response was not only dismissive but also came with a negative attitude, stating, "I don’t know about yesterday."
I must say that I felt quite disheartened by this experience. I understand that busy hours can lead to mistakes, but a little attentiveness and courtesy can go a long way in ensuring customers feel valued.
I hope you can address this issue to improve service quality at this location. Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint.

Where’s my gift card, the manager there can’t help and his manager can’t help, so who should be responsible for this? Very disappointed, never go back again…another week and no one called me about my gift card both managers not doing their job and the manager above is not answering what company is this!?

100% fail rate on the drive thru so I've always had to go inside and watch them make it. Today I gave them another shot at it and they got it right! ...but the genius at the cash couldn't figure out the math when I gave him a twenty, a twoonie, a dime and a nickel for $12.15, expecting a ten or two fives back. Instead he gave me 8 bucks and told me I didn't give a twoonie. If he does this to another bunch of people maybe he can go drinking tonight. CHECK THE CAMERAS !
They own the timmies across the street also so get your coffee before getting here!
