I want to give a huge shoutout to the manager (Damanpreet) at this Tim Hortons. Their leadership truly makes a difference. You can tell they care about both customers and staff—everything runs smoothly, the team is friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Even during busy times, the manager stays calm, professional, and supportive, which really shows in the quality of service. This location is consistently clean, well-organized, and reliable thanks to their great management. Tim Hortons is lucky to have such a dedicated and hardworking manager.

There are Tim's on both sides of March Rd. at Carling. This review is for the Tim's in the same lot as the A&W and gas station on the west side of March.
Super convenient that this Tim's runs 24/7 which consists of a full-size eat-in restaurant with drive-thru. Not 100% reliable product though. Maybe 85-95% reliability rate. No way to predict the reliability rate either. Just say a little prayer ahead of ordering, I guess.
A couple of years back, I got a couple bad-tasting coffees here. My preference is their Original Blend. So bad-tasting were those last couple of 'surprise' coffees, that I had to switch to McDonald's for my coffees for the last couple of years. I was to the point, that I just avoided all Tim Hortons coffee (for fear I'd get that awful 'surprise' taste in my mouth). Recently, I have returned to this Tim's (again) and other Tim's for coffees - but this one, in particular, given they are open in the middle of the night / wee hours. So far, so good with the coffees ('touch wood!').
However, last night blew my mind: With a single plain donut. It's the second last week of January 2026. That donut was so stale and hard. I mean, I couldn't believe it! It had to be a day or more old. The most stale donut I have purchased in my 66 years of life here on this Earth. No. I am not exaggerating. I only wish that I was. Also, is it just me? Plain donuts are also smaller than they have ever been? Or, did it just shrivel / shrink from the staleness. So, through the drive-thru, I order a plain donut. My bad for not performing a quality check before driving onward. Not only was it literally 'hard' to the touch - but completely stale on the inside. It was literally so dry, that it fell into pieces in a dry crumby way, when I pulled it apart. What a waste of money and my time. They don't exactly give away their donuts either. I was pretty mad because this donut was being picked up for the pup (who isn't feeling too great the last few days). Normally, this is our pup's favourite donut - when fresh (as expected, for the price). Wasn't fit for consumption, unless a person was desperate and chose to dip it in coffee, tea, or hot chocolate to soften it up (but would have likely been a bust that way too - because the consistency was already too dryly compromised for regular 'hold together' dipping [argh!]).
Have stopped in here to use the lav on a few occasions over the years, as well. In the fall, have noticed the black house flies buzzing about - as in, too many for a restaurant to have buzzing about for my comfort level. One time, I noted 3 of them (flies) staring me down from the walls inside the lav.

I had a great experience at this location. Most importantly , people here are patient and take order nicely.
Just got parked for 2 food items so they could save 30 seconds on drivethru time. Did not get what i ordered, and no utensil as is standard with the egg box.. paid for extra sauce and didnt even get the syandard amount. Can barely understand the employees. No service

What is the synonym of inconsistency? Guess!!! Its called TIM HORTONS. Ordered a plane bagle with cream cheese and butter, fully burnt bagle and it felt like it was too cold seemd like it was there from last 3 -4 hours. I would request the tim hortons staff please provide the proper cooked food instead of just focusing on speed with drive through. Update: Next day after this event manager of that branch was serving by himself on window , so he showed some good 👍 customer skills and offered a replacement for the order.
