I asked for extra cup and girl asked me to pay 3 dollars for an empty cup whereas it should be 10 cents. Whats happening guys?

Manger was belittling new staff in front of customers. Poor new staff was shaking. I left it was disgusting. Long wait time. One staff literally coughed in the hand while serving food! Store was clean and new. The only good thing. Will never return to this location.

The service at this tim hortons is extremely slow and the employees seem to not know what they are doing. Three times I have gone, ordered a drink and waited 10 minutes for it to be made because they forgot about it even though I just ordered it.

I just experienced the rudest service ever at a Tim Hortons. Went through the drive-thru ordered a coffee and a bagel. The woman has the payment thing out in my face and I asked for the scanner to scan my points she scans my points and immediately has the coffee in my face. I said I have to pay you first she said oh yeah I was just getting my card out to pay and she was pushing the machine into the car I tapped the card and I was putting my card back in my wallet and she's got the coffee out and the bagel out so here's her here here. And I said you are you in a hurry she said here just she was just bloody rude to me and this isn't the first time at that location. They're definitely not Canadian they're not polite.

It sucks that this is the closest Tims to my house. Every time I order a coffee with milk they always give me oat milk every single time even when I’ve mentioned this issue in the past or put it in my order notes. I have celiac disease so having that one sip is extremely dangerous for me. I definitely will be going elsewhere from now on.

every time i visit this tim horton's location the staff doesn't miss to give you bad service, the staff always talking instead of doing work they don't even know the meaning of customer service i wish i had a zero rating option for them

Got a caramilk ice capp and they literally poured the whole caramel on TOP of the cover. Then lied about adding chocolate chunks?? Wasn’t the first time they did this. Got caramel literally everywhere.

Awful customer service. There was an issue with our order and the lady at the window rudley asked us "why didn't you tell me that before". When I explained I had because I have an allergy but they were rushing our order she got very mad. She continued to tell us we had to pay for the wrong sandwich (that we hadn't even gotten yet) and continued to push the debit machine in our face. When we told them we didn't want anything then she started yelling about us to all the rest of the staff in the restaurant. A gentleman ended up getting our sandwich changed but the customer service by this one women was absolutely awful. Will not be returning.

Absolutely disgusting. I have long held a grudge about food quality at Tim Hortons and stayed away. However a recent encounter at the Orillia store left us quite pleased. Today our experience at the Palladium location was litterly inedible. Think of a roast beef on a bun. Then bite it only to have the beef slap you in the face like trying to bite off a piece of rubber band.I am back to boycotting this less than mediocre brand.

Very poor Tim hortons. They never have anything. Always unreasonable long waits with speakers never being answered in tandem or at all for long periods of time. Decided to grab Tim bits on the way to work. After a bit of a wait...this is my "50" random assortment. I was SO embarrassed to open it at work! Never again!

Terrible service again. They had Small black flies in the donuts counter tonight. They didn't have anything we were asking for (crispy chicken in my salad, soup, bagels). It's been like that for months now. They never have what's on the menu. I'm never going back to this Tim Horton.

Staff was clueless about the online order placed till I informed them about it.Placed the order online, but it was same experience as going in and order and then waiting for it.It defeats the purpose of online ordering where you could just grab it and leave.Also in general this location offers lower standards of service than other tims locations. Been here multiple times.

Ordered a Honey bacon sandwich to try it and then asked for a hashbrown when informed they didnt have any I said I would just add a herb and garlic and blueberry muffin yet never got the sandwich at all. Very disappointed but not my first time getting the order right I work at starbucks and it’s not hard to just pay
