I believe the girls name is kolman ? However this morning I was served by her she takes my coffee from a fellow employee barks at him to do something else then hands me my coffee. I asked about a sleeve for my scalding hot coffee and she barks at me to DO IT MYSELF. Well there are none at the counter and besides is it not company policy to ensure you are handed a safe beverage (especially one that is scalding). No? Ok when I or (someone else) spills scalding hot coffee on myself / or someone else we will see you in McDonald's court ( that lady received 11.000.000.00$ ) WOW I'll take it.

I'm giving a 1 star for an order on a birthday coupon that was emailed for 1 coffee and a breakfast muffin free on my birthday and was still charged 2 something for it. Very disappointed for the ordeal with the staff there. It's not the point of the price of the coupon but was embarrassed about holding up the line, since the staff there is slow as molasses when it wasn't rush hour. Why bother sending out a coupon if the staff cannot honor it or miss informed on offers.

In Kanata. Had ordered on the App. Spent 2 hours going to 3 locations before finding the one that had my order. Had to wait while they put it together cuz they had put the items back to shelves. Didn't get a specialty donut I ordered (apple caramel fritter) so had to replace with apple fritter with all the goo on it. Not a happy camper!

Not very impressed today. I ordered 2 sandwiches 1 ham and cheddar and one turkey club with soup. I got home and found the turkey club without bacon and instead of soup I got chilly. I guess check your order when in drive through
