Working construction for 15 years and attending many Tim Hortons, this place has seriously stepped up its game. Always a friendly staff with smiles and they actually get my coffee right every time!!!!. That’s exactly how I want to start a morning. It's a Tim Horton's; what else can really be said? The staff manages to make efficient use of the smaller floor space available to them. Over all, the staff is courteous and friendly with a knack for remembering who their regulars are. They could teach lessons to the staffs of other locations I have visited and I suspect that's because of the cramped quarters the staff here face. If you're not friendly to or dislike to your colleagues, I imagine this would be a terrible work environment… Best location I've been to.

This is a really good Tims.The service was quick and the order was correct! I wouldn't usually review a fast food place that is functioning as expected,but this was like, an unusually pleasant Tim Hortons experience.Recommend this location over others!

Independent Recovery
Staff at this location needs an attitude check and how hard is it to be polite to the older generation, especially the afternoon shift Also they are here to do a job , leave the ear buds out and do the damn job ; having a customer wait while you continue a phone conversation or a conversation with fellow employees is ridiculous As for morning shift get the order right one time would be amazing
First off I understand that drive thru gets priority, but serve 4 customers before me. Take my order and proceed to serve 3 other drive thru customers makes my coffee then serves 2 more before proceeding to get my timbits. But I must add a very important bit of info. All these transactions and orders some cash some debit.. she wore the same glove the whole time.. touching money food the cash register everyone's order made with the same glove!.. so then she proceeds to get my timbits.. I watched closely.. didn't use the wax paper provided! And proceeds with the same disgusting glove she touched everything with! Safe to say I got a refund and left. But not before I watched her point a laugh at me for telling her what's wrong with what she did and chuckle with the gas bar attendant! So gross wrong barf🤢🤮.!!!
