Me and my kids were just coming home from a social event when my son said he wanted tim Hortons I said okay when we got there we took 1 look at the drive through and said no way were going in that so we went inside I kid you nor there was 1 poor lady doing everything it took us 20 minutes to get our food because of being so under staffed.

PURE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!This is one of the closest locations to my job which is why I keep trying to like this place but to be honest.. the convenience of the location is the only plus the rest is just frustrating!!!* Lack of professionalism along with poor service* I can never get what I want because either they don't have it made or just not available* LONG LONG WAIT TIMES!* FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - cold brew, iced coffee are advertised on the menu but then told not available at this location!!!At this point I am done giving this place a try, I will be taking my business elsewhere where it will be appreciated more!
