Lovely staff, incredible food. We had the linguine with prosciutto and mushrooms in a parmesan cream sauce and seafood linguine. We each had blueberry cheesecake for dessert; they make it in-house and it's incredible. Wonderful service. Highly recommended.

Food was fine if you are looking for Italian food without leaving Kanata, but nothing memorable.

Been to Viamarzo a good few times. Never fails to impress at so many levels. Excellent service to freshly prepared foods to warm bread (not many restaurants do these days) and wonderfulwine selection. Everything made in house, nice size portions in a beautiful, modern yet warm environment. All this done with no pretentiousness just solid good service. Love it and must try for sure.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

We reserved a table over the phone and they simply said “no problem come by anytime”. When we arrived they had my name written down on the seating plan at a table but had already given it to someone else… they said we could sit at the bar of wait two hours for a table. We took the bar. They never offered us anything for their mistake which I was really disappointed about. The food was ok, just simple stuff really nothing to be excited about.

Best paella I have had outside of Spain. Everything else I’ve had there has also been delicious.

We went to this spot because I heard the meat was halal and I really wanted to try it out, and it was beyond disappointing....The waitress was really nice, and really detailed on what menu dishes were halal and what weren't (it changes on a daily basis) and so I went with the suggestive veal dish (see picture below) and my husband took the Lasanga (not halal). We also ordered a soup and a potato as appetizers..... Nothing was good. The potatoes came burnt, the soup tasted weird, the veal reallly tasted weird, and the Lasanga smelt really bad and tasted super weird.Honest recommendation would be to skip it. It really was that off putting... For a fancy spot, we were beyond disappointed with every single thing (except the service). So yeah, I would pass and go to Cabottos or another Italian spot instead.

Went for lunch with coworkers. 3 different pizzas and 1 pasta dish. Everyone loved their meals. I had the spicy sausage pizza. Very tasty.Wine was a bit expensive at $18 for an 8oz glass.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pasta was good.

The food was pretty good, but the service was lacking. We made reservations and still had to wait 30 minutes for our table. After that the service was really slow, it took at least an hour to get our mains.

This is a popular restaurant so make a reservation. We went on a Thursday and it was very busy. The servers are all very pleasant, knowledgeable, and will accommodate your requests. As in order the accompanying side on a meal but you do not want the chicken or meat.” not a problem “. Cannot say enough good things. We will be back. Amber was our server this time but we also think highly of Collette.

The pre-dinner bread builds my anticipation for the upcoming dishes. Mussels, pizza, lamb, caramel pudding—each has its unique flavor. The service is swift, creating a delightful experience.
