All the staff I dealt with tonight were very friendly, and it was clear they genuinely appreciated my business. I ordered a medium combo and knew I was in for a treat the moment I picked the pizza up from the counter, it nearly took two hands! Talk about value for money. This is Old School pizza done right. I am a big guy, and after just two slices, I was full. The toppings were perfectly balanced, and they definitely do not cheap out on the cheese. Thanks, and Happy New Year! I’ll be back again.

Good businesses understand a simple truth: feedback is a gift. If a pizza comes out poorly, the correct response is to acknowledge it and improve, not to get defensive or dismissive. That mindset alone speaks volumes.
I remember the original operators, and while things may have changed on paper, the attitude toward customers clearly hasn’t evolved. There seems to be an inability to accept criticism or admit when something missed the mark, and that’s a fast way to lose trust.
I’m genuinely glad that better pizza options have popped up in the area. Competition matters, and it shows which businesses are willing to grow and which ones aren’t.
You didn’t just lose a sale. You lost my trust entirely, based solely on how our last experience was handled. And that’s the hardest thing to win back.

Very nice pizza, very fresh and filling. Their tomato sauce is far better than competitors. Must try if you havent.
Its okay, but they have the weirdest pepperoni, it doesn't taste like your standard pepperoni and we thought it went bad it tatsed so weird.
Customer service was great, they listened and confirmed if it is a different style... I dont know what style but they need to make it clear it is not your ordinary pepperoni.

Be advised, their pizza has a lot of cheese by default, more than some places when ordering extra cheese. Consider extra sauce if you prefer that ratio.
Their garlic sauce is home made - the best I’ve ever had of any pizza place. Well worth the price.
As a final point, be careful letting the pizza get cold! Having had this multiple times it tastes amazing hot but the difference when cold is stark. The cheese makes it feel very stiff in comparison to other pizza when cold. Have it fresh, or, if you must, reheat no matter what.

I've been going to Willy's (starting with the previous location in Kakulu) for almost 20 years and it's very much my favorite pizza place!
The cheese is melted perfectly and the pepperoni is amazing! The owner is also super friendly!
I have since moved to California, but still come back to Willy's every time I come home to Ottawa!
