Had a great time at Zak’s Diner! The classic diner vibe is fun and welcoming, the seating is comfortable, and the place has a lively yet relaxed atmosphere. The milkshakes were absolutely delicious—rich, creamy, and perfectly topped. Service was friendly and prompt, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a great spot to enjoy comfort food and desserts. Would happily come back!

Two of us and 7 grandchildren went to Zacks as part of a family fun day. Our server, Darius, was fantastic with everyone. Cheerful, attentive and helpful. Watched him at several other tables doing the sale thing. Loved his energy. We had reserved in advance. Good thing, because it was packed!

Way over prices... no love in the food. Had the eggs Benedict and wasent good. 25$ for a regular breakfast like eggs toast bacon is ridiculous. Would not recommend

I never really liked American cuisine before trying this place. I can't really say why it is so good here, but it is. I think it's just high quality with attention to detail. About 90% of the time, the breaded chicken and chicken fingers are perfect. The remaining 10% are just great. Highly recommended.
Has become a little bit of tradition for my family to come to Zak's for our post church Sunday breakfast. The kids menu is great and I love the blue plate pancake special 😋
Everyone is friendly depending on the time it can get busy. Always a great place to make a few memories.

I chose this restaurant to stay away from typical chains. I entered and saw it was busy and I figured I made the correct decision. I ordered my meal a smoked meat (deli meat) omelette with cheese. When it came out to my dismay it barely filled the plate. The plate was your typical oval long plate. The omelette sat perpendicular and barely fit the width of the plate. The price for this meal cost me over 30$ to which I was quite disappointed and felt gouged. Being from a major city from out of town. Where, I frequent a local breakfast establishment and pay approximately 17 dollars for 3 eggs, toast, potatoes and steak! For the price I paid not knowing what I received as my meal.....I wouldn't of gone to this establishment and now have regret. I know the response will be that they're priced competitive, or have overhead. But over 30$ for an omelette barely filled with deli smoked sandwich meat is unfair and ridiculous. The overall restaurant and staff was nice. However, the cost of one breakfast there I could purchase at least 6 cartons of eggs. My comments won't change anything but I definitely have lived and learned from this experience.

Usually, my husband and i have had great experiences at this location. The food is exceptional and worth the price you pay, in my eyes. However, the staff was rude. The restaurant was fairly quiet when we went in during the week, and there were three employees that were sitting by a table that very clearly saw us. They looked us up and down, laughed to themselves and proceeded to just sit there. We waited about ten minutes uncomfortably by the front door for the waiter (who was working at bringing an order to a rather large table) to come and seat us. The waiter we had was wonderful and would definitely recommend him again. However, if the standard is the way the trio behaved, then it's an uncomfortable environment and leads to a not great feeling while coming in.
