Asked to leave immediately after paying and having left a nice tip too. Being pushed out so they can serve more people felt quite rude. Next time will look for a dinner that is more relax, let's me enjoy a second cup of coffee without pushing us out.

Service was good but very disappointed in the food taste and quality ... I got the smoked salmon bagel with tator tots and my wife got the eggs Benedict. My tator tots were cold as soon as they got to the table, had to ask them to bring me a hot batch. The bagel had mold on it, they brought me another one from a "fresh bag". The plate came with a weird limp "salad" of bagged lettuce, tomatoes that were probably presliced yesterday, red onions that were definitely sliced yesterday or longer ago, and then my capers were oddly mixed into the salad?? The smoked salmon was thick, warm, and slimy. My wife's eggs Benedict was likely ready long before the rest of our food because it was cold and congealed and she said there was a hair in her food that she pulled out of her mouth. Wasn't her own hair. She said her homefries were decent though. For around $25 per meal I expected much more.Our 3 year old got the kids pancake meal that came with 4 pancakes (way too many for a kid) and no fruit or anything else. Would have rather seen 1 or 2 pancakes and at least some fruit or something. Zaks has a pretty good reputation which is why we wanted to go there, but based on the food quality alone we won't be back again.

I've been going to Zakk's for well over 10 years now. The staff is always friendly, the menue has fantastic variety and selections to chose from. The food is always good and the staff is always great. Also...best breakfast sausages hands down.

First time here at Zaks. It's a loud 80s diner, with quick service. The atmosphere is welcoming and there are lots of table. Service is quick and your coffee is always filled. Seniors meals and kids meals.for a good price. The negative is the food. It's okay, not great. Had the eggs benedict and the ham is a chunk of pork. The eggs are beside lettus, which wilts the lettus and contaminates the eggs. Better to just get rid of the lettus all together. Potatoes are average. I can cook better at home. Kids 10 and under - eat for free from 5pm to close.
