Fantastic customer service! I forgot to pick up my order so they were forced to throw it out. I went in the next day to apologize and they made me my order and didn't charge me anything extra. I was very impressed! Thank you! And the food is very good, it's KFC you know what you're getting, i like the consistency!
5 stars for the food because, well it’s kfc right? Who wouldn’t rate it 5 stars!? .. I have rated this particular kfc’s service a poor 2 star rating due to the wait of my order through the drive-thru. They said they just started cooking a new batch of chicken. The guy taking orders said it would take around 20 minutes and suggested I go park in the parking lot to wait for my order. I ended up waiting for 50+ minutes! Very disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend...
We arrived late in town after a difficult day of driving and although there were 15 minutes before closing, we were served with a smile and patience! Since they only had 7 pieces left and we asked for an 8, they completed our meal with a very much appreciated surplus! Despite the late hour this Monday evening, everything was very fresh and warm.
