I just want to take a moment to congratulate the management at this Tim Hortons. You can genuinely feel when a location is run properly, and this is one of them. The service is fast, the food is consistently amazing, and everything runs smoothly even during busy times.

Had the most warm and wonderful experience this past week. It was my birthday and everyone wished me a happy birthday and my breakfast sandwich was the best one I've had from any tim hortons! Thank you to the fabulous team who made my morning!

I am extremely disappointed and honestly disgusted with this Tim Hortons. Time: Around 3:10 PM today
I ordered two veggie wraps, and BOTH wraps had egg inside. We are strict vegetarians/vegans and have never eaten eggs in our life.
Because I was in a hurry, I didn’t have time to return to the store, and I had to throw both wraps in the garbage. That’s money wasted because of their carelessness. After realizing I accidentally ate egg, I felt sick and even ended up vomiting.
Dietary preferences are not a joke. If staff cannot understand the difference between VEGGIE and EGG, they should not be preparing food.
Absolutely unacceptable. This location needs proper training and quality control.
