usually a great pizza. few times I found crust undercooked and pepperoni hard. won't order chicken again was burnt. they forgot my gravy with my fries ... not sure if different staff these times ... Mike wasn't there on these days.
Food is great, service is even better. Very good treatment from all employees especially Majd, Ghaith and Mikey.
I always love the customer service super friendly and helpful also the food’s is always delicious!! Would 100% recommend 😁

Milano Pizzeria (Osgoode) has amazing staff, delicious food, and exceptional customer service. The pizza is amazing, high quality, and the best in the city with good quantity and amazing price. The shawarma platters are to die for. One customer accidentally left a wallet, and Mike had his driver deliver it back. Another group ordered 6-8 pizzas for a church, and the staff got up early to get it done. For a kids birthday, they started on the pizza 10 minutes before opening. The Medium Pizza combo with Chicken tenders and deep fried curds is really good. This honest, local business is committed to excellence.
