Food was fine, place is cool and has so much potential to be great! But our server ruined the experience completely, right off the bat she was extremely rude and cold. We didn’t get her name, but she has reddish hair.

My boyfriend ordered fish and chips. His fish had a hair in it. Then the waitress took the fish away and when the waitress brought him a new fresh order of fish and chips. The fish was not cooked. It was our first time at that restaurant and very unfortunate bad experience. The waitress was amazing and felt so bad. She ended up not charging my boyfriend for something he didn't and couldn't eat.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at 72 Bolton, and it was an all-around fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with a menu that offered something for every taste. The drinks were equally impressive, perfectly complementing the meal. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional service. The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The servers were attentive and thoughtful, even going out of their way to bring water for my dog, which was such a kind touch. It’s these small details that make 72 Bolton a standout spot. Highly recommend!

Once again poor service coming here on friday night with buddies. I've never seen so many stuck up waitresses again for not ordering food. Might be a time to have a chat that not everyone that comes for beers wants food too at a ridiculous price.

Really great place. Service was fast. Drinks were amazing. I had a spict Caesar. Delicious. Food was great. Only thing I would say wrong was I ordered hot wings. No way they were hot. Otherwise, enjoyed everything. Nice staff, great tunes playing. I hope to go back.
Great service and atmosphere. But no matter what, every time you show up for "happy hour", they still charge you full price for drinks and hope that you don't raise a stink about it when the bill arrives. An amateur move for what appears to be one of the better spots in town.
