So me and my husband went to this Burger King location. We had a guy named Jesse at the counter. As I told him I wanted 2 of the spicy big fish sandwiches meals with mayo cheese and onion. I said I didn’t want tarter he gave me a rude look. And loudly said “oh I’ve never had someone order this without tarter”. I looked at him and I responded with an ok… while the cook in the back was making smart remarks. Saying “how the spicy big sandwich doesn’t come with tarter and why do I need mayo added if it has a spicy sauce on it.” After I ordered I sat down and waited for my order while writing this review. Once my order was ready I had received 2 coke drinks while he never asked me what I wanted to drink. He just assumed. I told him “u never asked us.” And he sarcastically said “oh my bad “ and asked what I wanted. While he was telling someone else he was having a hard day. There is no reason to talk to customers like that. I’ve been in the food industry for 6 years and I’ve had bad days myself. I’ve never acted like that to any of my customers. I’m not sure if this guy was a manager but if he was he needs to act like one because that’s very unprofessional!

I go to this location specifically for the counter staff! They are such pleasant people, Kim and Diane is so kind and friendly! They are wonderful with my entire family and are great with my kids. There are many other counter staff I've dealt with as well that were just as pleasant and welcoming!

I go to this location every Wednesday for Whopper Wednesday's and have been doing so for about 4 years! The staff are AMAZING and Kim and Diane who run the counter are top notch!!! They are kind and friendly and always with smiles! Recommended to all.

Absurdly rude employees. My order was incorrectly packed and when I pardoned myself for mentioning my order was incorrect a large lady began to scream at me saying it’s not her fault when I never said it was. Completely unacceptable and unnecessary. No apology was given. The employee needs to be fired as customer service is not her forte. Never returning and hoping no customer has to experience this. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Bad spot for a Burger King. Service can be pretty fast when busy. Need a better system for when having large line ups though because it can take a large amount of time to just order a burger with long lines. Onion rings were trash.
Horrible! Onion rings were soggy not crispy. Burger was also undercooked. Paper thin pattie with little toppings. Still 30 bucks. Never going again. Yuck!

We come here every Wednesday for supper. The staff are always friendly, the food is hot and we always get exactly what we ask for. Would be an 5 star except the door dash orders tie them up sometimes and dine in customers have to wait. Also note some of the Door dash drivers are very ignorant to the staff and this is wrong
