The best fish and chips anywhere! Great service.

As a youth in Toronto, I enjoyed the best fish and chips possible. They were found in Smith's, a small fish and chip shop at the end of the Kingston Road street car line. The food was an enticement for youth after the Saturday movie matinees, to spend their nickels and dimes there, not in the fare box of the bus needed to get us home. But I have found Fenelon Falls' answer to my desires for such a meal here. It is Fenelon Fish and Grill. What halibut! What haddock! What fresh chips! Yes, the scallops are tasty too! Now my childhood lust is satisfied right here in Fenelon Falls. Great food! Friendly staff! Pleasant surroundings! I am once more a happy old diner.

The food was absolutely delicious. Staff were so kind and welcoming. Not a lot of seating. Very quick service. Would definitely go back. Thanks for a great meal.

I don’t like thick battered fish but my senior portion haddock & chips (side of gravy with coleslaw and homemade tartare sauce) was exceptional! Husband had grilled haddock and Caesar salad. The gentleman said his business partner has been using this batter recipe from England for years and they always use beef talo for frying which elevates the taste without being greasy. Will definitely be back to take advantage of their 1/2 lb haddock special with the bonus that they have a grilled fish option for my husband who has to stay away from fried foods.

Thanks to the owners who kindly took time to have a chat with us showing their pride in their business and food. Well worth the price.

The best fish and chips I have ever had

Amazing Keto friendly lunch!

ADVERTISED HOURS NOT ACCURATE! Telephoned 7:30pm on Friday (most popular day for fish-n-chip) to place a take-away order. The VM recording said they are open until 8pm and "if you get this message, call back as we are on the phone." Kept calling and kept getting the same message. Decided to hop in the car and drive to the restaurant while continuing to call, waiting for the line to be clear. Arrived in carpark at 7:50pm to meet an employee leaving. "We close at 7pm" (recording says 8pm - see also Good Friday FB posting says 8pm). "We are still on winter hours" (recording says nothing about winter or summer hours and it is now post-Easter May). "We can't change the VM message." !!!!!!

Great place for fish and chips. The burgers didn't look too bad either.

Very first visit to this little piece of heaven.
Took the fish and chips back home. Placed in oven to crisp them up. Best chips and fish. Large, very large helping of fish! They were really really good. Highly recommend this! Prices are good as well! Thank you.

We've been going here since 2020. Always get Halibut 🐟 and fries, and they are the biggest pieces I've ever had and always lots of fries 🍟 never had a bad meal 😋 well worth it 👌
