Really happy we tried this place. The butter chicken was recommended and it did not disappoint.

I’m new to the Kawartha Lakes area and visited the brewery about a month ago. I had amazing service from Salina. Who gave me recommendations for places to take my dog on a hike in the area. She was super friendly and made an impression so much so that I decided to come back. Most breweries let dogs in so I didn’t think it would be an issue this time around.
I drove about 30-40 mins to come back get food, coffee and a beer and the second I walked in I get a dirty look from Amy the server behind the bar. I made a comment about the place being dead on a Saturday that’s odd breweries are usually busy on these days. Her attitude was immediately rude and condescending. She said we don’t allow dogs, I replied with it wasn’t an issue last time and I just drove 40 mins to get here so I wish that was told to me last time I was in and her response was “okay I don’t need your attitude I’m just telling you we don’t allow dogs”. I said okay we will leave and turned around and walked away and she said no come back I don’t want you to leave like that. I asked if she was the owner she said no. So this message is to the owner, do better with your hiring process. I’m a business owner myself and if any of my staff spoke to our patients/customers like that they’d be fired immediately. Not to mention my dog is also a service animal and that should have been her first question if your establishment doesn’t allow dogs. I won’t be back with or without my dog!

The location and atmosphere are perfect - so why we chose to eat here. Our server was friendly and helpful.
The beer was great- however, the food was disappointing for the price we paid.
The food, while well presented, lacked flavour. I hope this is something they are able to improve, as there are so many other positives!

I'm sorry but regardless of how good the food is, it's the customer service that makes the difference. My wife and I walked in around 7 pm, well before the closing time and were greeted so coldly by the manager we wondered if we'd done something wrong. We felt as if we were imposing. When one of the servers attempted to come up to the counter to help us, the manager engaged her in a conversation about supplies (which could have waited until after) for about 15 minutes before letting her take our order. No wonder the poor server kept looking at us apologetically.

I am a wheelchair user, and my recent experience at Fenelon Falls Brewery was a complete disappointment, to say the least. This establishment clearly does not care about accessibility for handicapped or even elderly people. Despite the fact that I am in a wheelchair, I was forced to sit outside on their patio in 5-degree weather, without even the option of a heater. Why? Because they lack a basic accommodation that most businesses should have—a way for people like me to get inside. There is no elevator, and only long stairs that are impossible for someone with mobility issues to navigate.

To make matters worse, we had no choice but to endure the cold because the entire village was closed, leaving us stuck with no alternative. It’s absolutely shameful that a business can be so short-sighted and uncaring when it comes to accessibility, focusing only on making money rather than ensuring ALL customers can access their facility comfortably.

The only bright spot in this otherwise awful situation was the waitress, who did her best to apologize and be kind. However, no amount of apologies can make up for such a blatant disregard for people with disabilities. Shame on Fenelon Falls Brewery for failing to consider the needs of all customers. They need to step up and provide proper accommodations or rethink their priorities. This experience was humiliating, uncomfortable, and entirely avoidable.

Nice ambiance and the beer is decent but the food is just basic, pre-prepared pub fare. We've been there for special events and in each case we were very happy with the experience. As a drop in for food though I'd eat elsewhere first.

I've never been here, but if you're walking by in the morning, they pump an absolutely atrocious smell into the air that sticks to your clothes. I literally almost threw up in the middle of the sidewalk. Luckily, no one was around to see me keeling over holding my stomach. I felt lightheaded for the rest of the day and almost had to go home because of how sick I felt. Avoid this place altogether until the afternoon.

Nice patio, food was great and our server, Haley was very pleasant and efficient.

So the beer is good. The food is good. The location is lovely. The single server was very efficient.

But please take this feedback, have your host seat people at tables that are sitting empty and not decline customers because "the tablet says the table is busy". Have her use her eyes and you will make more money. She will likely be less surly because customers won't be annoyed they can't get a table that is clearly empty.

Beer was great! Washrooms were also great, 9/10 would recommend!

Good beer. The food was okay. The service was very slow when I was there.

Our first experience at Fenelon Falls Brewing and it was fantastic! All four of us enjoyed delicious food, beer and cocktails. The service was exceptional! Our server was Salina and she went above and beyond to make our experience a memorable one. Thank you Salina for making our night even better!

Undoubtedly, some of the finest cuisine I have experienced lately. Given the quality of the fresh ingredients and the delicious dishes, the value exceeds the cost. The house-brewed beer was exceptional as well; it is a must-try.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fenelon Falls Brewery, and I must say, the food was absolutely top-notch! I tried the butter chicken and a loaded burger, and both dishes were nothing short of amazing. The butter chicken was rich and flavourful, with tender pieces of chicken that melted in my mouth. The loaded burger was a delight, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavours that perfectly complemented each other.

The owner was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had a great experience. It’s clear that they take great pride in both the food and the service. Highly recommend Fenelon Falls Brewery to anyone looking for a delicious meal and warm hospitality!

Came here unexpectedly after leaving Ziraldo’s due to terrible service. The flatbreads are delicious. So is the blackened chicken sandwich. There was live music and the service was awesome. 10/10
