I don't usually write reviews, but after experiencing an extremely long wait in the drive-thru tonight - a service that's meant to be quick- and after reading other similar reviews, I feel it needs more attention. I'm not sure if it's management or new employees being trained, but it should not take 10 minutes sitting at the order microphone with no one directly in front of you, or another 20 minutes before the food is given to you. It looked disorganized watching from the drive thru window. And then, they forgot to give a fork for the poutine.

20 minutes to go through a drive-through and get a single burger and fries meal… Easily see 15 to 20 different individuals running around the restaurant. Incompetence or simply just brutal procedure, should not be able to class itself in the fast food category. Could learn a lot by trying to steal some McDonald’s knowledge on processes and procedures and scceptable service speeds

They clearly don’t have mindful workers as you literally have to sit in the drive through for 20 minutes ONE car infront of you. Please either train your staff better or get new employees. I will not be returning until this gets sorted out because this happens literally ALL of the time. Get with it.

Friday, 25 October, we ordered ahead and decided to try the drive-thru pickup. You just tell them your name at the speaker and they hand you your food.
32 minutes to get through the drive thru line-up.
Food was great (as usual), speed of service is lacking.

I never leave reviews but this place is ridiculous. My husband and I went in to grab lunch for takeout and we were there for a half an hour. Our food was sitting there ready to go and the employees were standing around doing nothing. I had to ask the girl to bag up our food so we could please move on with our day. Never waited so long for fast food in my life. The lady in front of me only ordered a poutine and chicken fingers and she stood there waiting while it was also ready and all they had to do was put it in a bag. Instead they stood around and did absolutely nothing. This location needs some help.

I can’t believe a restaurant that is so busy serves cold food ! That’s twice now and there won’t be a third time . The staff seemed a little disgruntled as well . ( not like they had to eat the food )

We’ve been waiting almost a whole hour in the drivethru and if we weren’t trapped we’d have left by now. Service is ALWAYS slow here and it seems to be getting worse. Most times it takes well over a half hour for food and at least 50% of the time what we get vs what we ordered is not the same. Very frustrating.

Don't bother with the drive thru, october 18th 2024 25min wait to get to the order speaker another 20 mins to get to the window. Next time will be walking in

if you’re using the drive thru give yourself time of an hour because you’ll sit there, stuck, hungry and sad. on the bright side i was able to enjoy the ambience of the overflowing garbage, hangry people and made my way through an entire playlist before getting my food. sleeping bags, face masks and slippers are advised.
