Sometimes I get my orders wrong when I order here. Not all the time, but sometimes the employees don't listen proper and have to say my order 5 times before its correct. I don't know if it's the headset they wear or if they have issues listening, but whatever the case may be, it's like they don't listen. And when I get home, there's always something missing or wrong...
Food was cold. So glad to know we were served food that sat around. Poor service. Order was also missing half and had to go back inside to get the missing items. I can understand high volume times, this was not.

If you go in the early morning you get great service but any other time it ranks as awful. Often out of product, slow drive thru, cold coffee. Frequent overnight closures which result in not open early enough in the morning. Absolutely annoying. Good thing I like their coffee (when it's hot) and their morning crew..
