I had to attend Lindsay court this morning and thought I’d get a quick bagel at the McDonald’s. Went through the drive-through ordered the typical sausage bagel and asked for bacon as well As noted on the receipt $1.69 for additional bakon strips and received the bagel and drove off.
Of course, once I exited and lesson learned from me, I should’ve checked the order before departing the order was an error there was no sausage. There was no lettuce. There was nothing except an egg and a bacon strip. I can appreciate the pace in the morning, but attention to detail is weak.
Just checking your orders before you depart.

If I could give zero stars I would….
Ordered off the value menu mostly plane cheese burgers with the acception of one with ketchup and mayo. A chicken snack wrap and fries
EVery burger had onions and ketchup and one even was missing cheese… the one with ketchup mayo had one random pickle on it… snack wrap had nooo sauce and bread was stale… fries were not salted.. I paid for 4 mayo packs and didn’t get them. This was 10:30 pm so not busy just me and one other person… it’s crazy because the burgers had tickets on them that were CORRECT but the actual burgers itself was wrong.
I know this sounds arbitrary and like a minor inconvenience but it’s not when it happens every single time… not only that, ordering a couple of burgers off the value menu is not cheep anymore. I paid 33$ to be thoroughly disappointed pissed off and still hungry…
All these chain restaurants in Canada need to be inspected for quality of product. Because it’s not just McDonald’s, seems like no one working these jobs are following franchise protocols anymore

The service was rally slow even though it wasn't busy in the store. The force tou to use the kiosk. I had to assist an older gentleman with it. Also a family with young kids needed to use the washrooms but no one came to the front counter to unlock it.

Absolutely terrible service 20 minutes in drive thru
Do not go here if you are using the app and trying to redeem anything they will ignore you at the counter for freaking 10 minutes and then when you go to actually get your freaking drink or whatever you're actually trying to redeem they've stole in your code and will not let you use it

For once, the ice cream machine wasn’t broken but I mean like the price is ridiculous 14.45 just for two ice creams and a Coke and a water but the service was great and the ice cream isn’t even that big i and the birth day McFlurry is so gross overall I give it three stars

I arrived at McDonald's on Kent and the drive thru was packed so I went in. Well I waited about 5 minutes at counter for someone to come and take my order. I had to repeat my self 3x because the person could not understand my Canadian accent. That was at 854pm then I waited until 916pm before they called my number. In that time 1 person missing 20 piece mcnug,1 person missing fries. 2 people missing drinks. 1 person brought a dog in that was drooling everywhere. An elderly person slipped in it on the way in. Or maybe someone spilt a drink (NO). Sorry forgot to mention that I never counted but I would say at least 30 cars and trucks went through the Drive-thru. I guess they take priority then the Uber eats. Then if they have time the rest of were served. Well I left there and took angiline street home and yes I forgot about the new McDonald's and so did everyone else cause there was only 2 cars in the drive thru. Never again will I go to Kent Street McDonald's. Wendy's YES.

The only thing they are consistent with is putting sour milk in coffees. I don't even bother with the food, this is the worst McDonald's I have ever encountered in my life. Head office doesn't do anything, this is a scary place with no rules. Go somewhere else
