40 minutes in the Drive-Thru. Food is never warm. Staff are rude. Then after you get to the pick up spot they make you pull through and wait. So some person has to run your food out. Gee I wonder why it takes so long.

Bad service on weekends get a brown taking my money and she has full face covering along with a face diaper do not cover your face if I was to do that I would get arrested.Plus the order was wrong because they can't read english.

One of the worst drive thru service ever in the night time. Took 10 minutes just to respond while i was waiting at the microphone. After that another 10 minutes to get my order.

Ordering food in the store is fine, I guess. It's the drive through where your experience is really going to get wild. This McDonald's has a very unique strategy when it comes to food service. To begin with, they take your order. Then they make the food you ordered, and finally, they hand you whatever bag of food is closest, regardless of what's in it. Did you want a McChicken? How about a McDouble with only ketchup instead? Or maybe you ordered a quarter pounder with cheese! Hopefully you enjoy your junior chicken with extra pickles instead. Honestly, just place whatever unhinged order you want because they're going to give it to someone else anyway. You may as well make it funny, right? But at least when you ask the manager to fix the incredibly basic mistakes that were made, they're entirely unhelpful about it. It's sort of like asking a particularly temperamental child to clean their room. They'll do anything to avoid solving the issue at hand.

Not open 24 hours, despite being open 24 hours. Around 4 a.m., it's a gamble whether they'll take your order or tell you they're not taking any orders. Sometimes they will take your coffee order and will take exact change if you prompt them. It's amazing how it is impossible for a 24h business to not take a coffee order or be able to figure out or give you change when you buy $1.60 coffee. Not the only coffee place open at this time, so I don't mind just driving by and going to the competitor.
I'm having a noisy first coffee and he'll I don't mind. Sooooo disappointed, LOCKED RESTROOMS
Rodeo Dr. California Charges to use the human right to dignities in having a piss or dump should the need arise suddenly.
Shame on you. I will still come to McDonald's, support the sick kids hotel.

We had a really terrible experience with an uber delivery from this store.We ordered three items and two items were went missing once it reached.It felt like poor service from the employees Never recommending takeout from here
