Food use to be good here but it is not the same anymore since the place reopened since it was shut down by public health. Quality and quantity of food has gone down, chicken tasted old. The short bald headed waitress was very rude and frequently rolled her eyes to customer when we had a complaint . Won’t visit again

Unfortunately I did not enjoy this place. I have been here twice just to be sure. I absolutely love ramen, but the ramen here had no flavour and the meat in it was not good. The soup base was very watery. Tonkotsu is not supposed to be like this. It tasted old, too. The fried chicken was greasy and had very little meat, the flavour was essentially just oil. I will say however the squid balls were pretty tasty. The service wasn't very friendly, not sure if the lady was having a bad day so I won't comment on it because we all go through things and she wasn't outwardly rude. The restaurant itself is quaint and reminds me very clearly of the restaurant that was there before (schnitzel house). Overall not a great experience either time. If you are looking for ramen specifically, try NAKA in Peterborough (open at 5pm) or Tora Sushi in Peterborough.

I ordered a wonton soup, I did the larger with noodle & shrimp. It was FANTASTIC! It was theeee best I've ever had. The flavour was phenomenal, the size was much larger then I had anticipated, the shrimp were jumbo, all the extras on the side to add to the soup if you wanted were so great as well, and rrslly gave you that true experience! Would highly recommend trying, oh and the price was perfect. I've literally not seen prices that good in Lindsay in years!! I can't wait to order again, so happy this place is here!

The food was very bland, I had been very excited to try this place, the bean sprouts seemed bad and the pho was very bland, we also got fried rice and it had no flavour, I am very disappointed with what I received

This is hot water soup with rice noodle and slight amount of beef. I wouldn’t recommend, I’m tow bites in writing this review as it’s tasteless and think it’s time to leave. Also the gyoza were terrible and gooey. First and last time.

I visited Noodles Bistro in mid-June while biking the Uxbridge to Lindsay Rail Trail and tried their grilled AA beef vermicelli. Not only was it affordable at $14, the service was fast and friendly, while the dish was excellent! No ride along the Uxbridge to Lindsay Rail Trail can be complete without a stop at Noodles Bistro! :)
