I have been driving past Ryan’s for years on the way to the cottage and finally decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. There is no dine in area but that really is not a problem. The people in the kitchen are no nonsense types but still friendly and they make sure you get what you want.

I ordered a classic cheeseburger with fries. The burger was perfect, the bun was fresh, and I could not have been happier. The fries were golden brown, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Exactly the way they should be.

It was a really nice meal on Highway 35 and I definitely recommend stopping in. As a side note, they put their vinegar in spray bottles which I thought was pretty cool because it gave my fries a perfect even coating.

Delicious burgers and fries, a perfect pit stop for cottage goers!

35 minute wait for one hamburger and fries. I should have been told of the long wait when ordering. Well the food was good, 35 minute wait at a roadside burger shack is unacceptable.

Gravy was extremely salty. Fries are no longer fresh cut. Poutine was warm when served but not hot. Service was satisfactory but commented on how many fries I ordered, almost to seem like a bit deal.

Cozy space went there on a way to Barry’s bush the cheese burger was amazing and so was the hotdogs sucks that I be live 2 hours away😢

Pizza was excellent.

Solid double cheese burger with just the right amount of personality behind the counter. I'm coming back for sure.

Had several items from here traveling from Newmarket to Bancroft and never been disappointed. They do need to replace their outdoor shelter and maybe even add one more. Very busy spot in the summer and nice to not sit and eat in the car.
