Traditional diner style eatery right on HWY 35. Not a great experience for us. Super slow service. We waited over 45 minutes for our food after ordering. The table next to us had their meals served as much as 20 minutes apart. Had breakfast with peameal and the peameal was dry and tough.
We stopped here mostly by accident and discovered some good, filling food.
The service isn't the fastest, but it is good and the staff are friendly. Probably they were busy with things we couldn't see is all.
The fries with the meal were hot and fresh. The sandwiches were hot and generous. We had a toasted western and a farmhouse club.
I may not be in the area often but I would definitely stop and eat here again.

Had the special hash with eggs over easy and rye toast and it was incredibly delicious. The service was above par as the staff were super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back for more.
Dine in Sept 27/2024- the food was delicious as usual ( pulled pork Benny ) and my brother and his wife had the hash, which they thoroughly enjoyed. The service was a bit slow but were very accommodating. A definite must when visiting Lindsay.
