I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past 12 months. It has deteriorated. The rooms are old and tired yet clean and the staff are pleasant. Heating was an issue. It wasn’t turned on and room was exceptionally cold. Very difficult to regulate it as well. It kept turning on/ off even when not in auto mode. The bed was uncomfortable. It felt like I was laying in a cocoon. I think it’s because it needs replacing, not because it’s a soft mattress. The grounds had a couple of broken, glass fronted fridges with cases of empty beer bottles stood up against building and a smallish pile of garbage in front of it. The same side of building also had large piles of cigarette butts on the ground and the little rental units in the back had tatty drapery. I mention it because the overall optics make the hotel look run down. It’s as if this hotel has been operating on a shoestring budget and they are failing because of it.

Its an okay place to stay. Out on the highway. go over the overpass to get to the restaurants, shops and playgrounds. Lots to do in the town of Lindsey. You just have to know where to look.We have family there so we stay at the Ramada. They have cleaned up the rooms since the eary days.

Great stay, Friendly Staff, Very clean. Very happy with my stay here, beds are actually comfortable, and the rooms and hotel were spotless, the hotel staff here take pride in their work and it shows. Very reasonable pricing compared to other hotels in the area

Great location and good amenities. Each room has a fridge and microwave, and the beds were comfortable. There is a restaurant attached so very convenient. Good price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very satisfied!

I wasn't impressed with this hotel stay. The property looks old and tired. The hallway to my room smelled like grease/cooking. The room was clean and well-appointed. There are leak stains on the room ceiling. A smoke detector was wrapped in plastic? The sink drained slowly. The shower has no shelves for shampoo or soap. The parking lot is half-paved. The continental breakfast was food items purchased from the local grocery store.

Some of the other reviews of this place are overly harsh. I've stayed here off and on several years apart. Here's what's good about this place: - Clean rooms - Somewhat updated rooms (like 10 year ago renos) - Quiet - Good space and room inside rooms - Nice blackout curtains - Good desk for working + fridge + microwave - Enormous parking lot with lots of room to park car. Safe area / nothing around you. - Fast and reliable wifi The bad: - Dated property that needs some TLC outside + grounds - Lack of vending machines and insanely high prices for what is inside - No other amenities I'm only docking this place one star because the vending machine had 4 items (like two chocolate bars and two packs of chips) in it and it was overpriced. Charging higher than movie-style pricing for a pack of small M&Ms that are nearly expired is unacceptable and insulting to guests. Also, it's not that hard to re-stock the machine. If you need drinks / snacks, buy off property and bring with you. Lesson learned on that. If you need a place to sleep you'll be fine here and have a good experience.

For $150 you get a basic room. Bed is comfy and there’s wifi. TV is dated and no Netflix option. Basic cable. The main eye sore were the hallways—the ceilings are water stained and had random items in the hall. The staff were kind and helpful. For a last min booking we were mostly satisfied.

The service was good and the room clean and adequate considering the price. A little problem with the tv that was not showing a clear image no matter what we were watching. Other than that pretty decent.

The room was great. Updated, clean, comfortable, fast wifi. The common areas (lobby, hallways) weren't quite as nice, but still clean and presentable. Staff was helpful and friendly. A nice surprise was the cold breakfast- don't think that was mentioned in any of the literature before we booked. An absolute gem, and a great budget- friendly find.

Well what can I say, people were friendly , room was OK ! , But we booked in advance through Booking .com, never received a confirmation, when we got there, they wanted to put us on second floor, no elevator, and we are both late 60's , and cannot walk up a flight of stairs with our luggage and coolers , so they put us on main floor , and charged us an extra $30, without letting us know until we checked out ! Plus, the free breakfast was a real joke! We went in the breakfast room at 830 Am. No more Bagels, no cream cheese, no milk for the cereal, no boiled eggs, just toast with jam, white bread only , and no creamers left for coffee, no muffins or fruits of any kind left , as a bunch of kids were occupying booths , and had raided all the food, no one in sight , to replenish the trays for all the remaining guests until 10 am ! No swimming pool also! For $163.85 !!
