The Locker at the Falls Restaurant & Pub

We were on a boating trip through the Trent-Severn Waterway, and had stopped at Fenelon Falls for the evening.

It’s worth the short walk over the bridge to The Locker.

Excellent views of the falls, great food, friendly and attentive staff.

Went with my family tonight as I used to come here all the time as a kid, to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The food was horrible, the fact that even a Greek salad didn’t come with the dressing already on it speaks volumes about the way the food is prepared. Just pure laziness and I ordered a chicken burger that was made using frozen chicken strips, burnt pickles that were supposed to be deep fried and some wilted lettuce, plus the driest bun that could have knocked someone out if tossed at them. My poor daughter got beef tacos that lacked any sort of flavour and meat so dry, she had to drink right after to be able to swallow it.

Now the service was beyond horrible, there were 2 servers and two tables and we had to chase our girl down for a refill and even after asking her she continued to speak with the other server and walked around for a bit before remembering the drink. She lacked customer service skills and I think it hurt the other waitress to smile at all. Not to mention the male bartender completely ignored us when we walked in and were standing there looking at him. He instructed one of the girls to deal with us, wouldn’t be hard to welcome guests considering the size of the establishment and lack of customers on the inside. But I guess the lack of people should have been the first sign of a terrible restaurant.

Absolutely incredible from the drinks to the apps to the food to the view! The crab cakes were perfectly crisp. The Philly has INCREDIBLE BBQ sauce. The portions are HUGE. The fish is MASSIVE. AND LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THE BUNS THAT THEY GET FRESH FROM THE BAKERY. The softest most delicious buns I’ve ever had. The dill chicken burger was more than I could handle but again, mouthwatering deliciousness on the most perfect bun! I also got the mojito flight, a bit of a wait due to the complexity of the drinks but totally worth it! I didn’t love the berry one but the rest were refreshing!

The sounds/view of the falls while eating is worth it.

Service has been good both times I dined here.

Crab cakes have cheese in them which I have never experienced before. Nice touch.

Pictured as well is the philly cheese steak sandwich. I’d order again.

My friends liked my pics/videos and raves so much that the next weekend they went up to try and took their dog — said was a very dog friendly restaurant.

Pleasantly surprised at the great prices and quality of food. Was expecting higher prices due to location besides the falls. The service staff was very friendly. Burger seem to be freshly made. Highly recommend.

Decided to grab a large house salad and a poutine on my day off. The poutine was almost too salty to eat and the salad was very disappointing. Four quarters of an unripe Roma tomato, a couple slices of cucumber that were too big for a salad and a few beet slices which I assume came from a can. I waited 45 minutes for this.

The extreme burger was delicious. My brother really enjoyed his corned beef sandwich. Nice selection of local beers. Great service and good location overlooking the falls. Happy to recommend.

The staff are so friendly however I think it might close at 8:00 instead of 9:00 p.m. the views are amazing the price is slightly high but it's probably worth it for the views

What a gem! You will 'Fenelon FALL's' in love with the Locker. Great food and service and a very unique patio.
