I visited A&W today and was disappointed when my first burger came with a patty so thin it looked like a sheet of paper. That’s not a good look for the company. However, the manager, a very pleasant young woman, quickly handled the situation. She replaced my burger with a proper one and did it with great politeness and professionalism. Floors and tables were sticky, bathrooms a mess, out of paper towel. Toileta clogged, smelled like sewer, barely a tricklenof water from sink tap... Makes you wonder how well they are keeping the kitchen and their hands clean...
