The gentleman who served me was so nice, above the regular customer service pleasantries, he was genuinely happy and it rubbed off on me! 100% will return to this subway rather than the other one in Kemptville!
I had an amazing experience at this subway! Riley went the extra mile to take our allergies into consideration and I really appreciated her efforts. She used all of the best practices to make sure there was no cross contamination in our meals. At other locations I haven’t felt the same level of confidence. I’ll definitely be coming back.

My husband and I have been here a few times. It’s half way between our home and cottage so we usually stop in for a sandwich to eat when we arrive. I believe it’s the owner who has helped us the most. The food is always fresh and he once took a coupon he didn’t have to. Excellent customer service! We will continue to patronize this business.
