My husband and I have been here a few times. It’s half way between our home and cottage so we usually stop in for a sandwich to eat when we arrive. I believe it’s the owner who has helped us the most. The food is always fresh and he once took a coupon he didn’t have to. Excellent customer service! We will continue to patronize this business. They are awesome and highly recommend this location. A++

We got off the highway specifically to drive to Subway because Google says they are open at 730. They were not open.

Hours do not match what's on Google it's saying they close at 11:00 p.m. I'm at the front of the store right now and it's showing it's open, then when you actually knock on the door it's locked.Why on Earth is it showing that it's open not only on the window but also on Google?I would not recommend going here you may waste your time as they might just have the doors locked because they're too lazy to work.

The gentleman who served me was so nice, above the regular customer service pleasantries, he was genuinely happy and it rubbed off on me! 100% will return to this subway rather than the other one in Kemptville!

the 2 wonderful young women who made my sub were so nice but then there was this one white chick who i asked for a water cup and she said okay then charged me, IT WAS LIKW THE GATES OF HELL HAD OPENED UP. LOL i have never wanted to curl up in a ball and cry so bad. made my day so much worse. the sub was good tho so it’s okay. thanks for your time everyone. f you white chick who charged me for WATA, my heart is broken.Wheelchair accessibility: it was good
