They have been out of cheesecake for the strawberry cheesecake blizzard most times I’ve been in this summer. They need to work on ordering for what the expected demand is. It’s extremely frustrating as a customer to never have my order.

Staff was friendly but very dirty store and was very disappointed in the blizzards and the browny thing I ordered was not at all like it was in the past with the hot fudge browny ice cream but no its a blizzard now and was crap 25 $ into the garbage will not be going back

We had a very good experience here getting a birthday cake (where you have the option to put an image on it) and blizzard. We were explained the different flavours as well. They’re good value and the service was friendly and professional.

Always good ice cream, but disappointed with the turtle Blizzard, it is more turtlesk, as it has whole pecans with chocolate caramel cups. Still delicious just not what I expected.

My mom, bf and I decided to get a treat after dinner. The store stunk like rotten, sour grossness. This should’ve been a red flag not to get anything. All three of us got food poisoning!

Went to get our son a birthday ice cream cake, had a bit of hard time finding it but all in all was good.
i came in Saturday around dinner time super respectful asking if they sold grilled food because i’ve never been to an only dairy. he looked at me like i had 2 heads and gave me the most disgusting look and kept laughing and being rude even getting aggressive by asking me my age so i comforted him respectfully and he proceeds to talk back and tell me his dad owns the place and told me” i should respect him because he moved from his country to work for me” very unprofessional place wouldn’t even bring in my baby brother to this dairy queen i’ll go out of my way to go anywhere else but that dairy queen. i don’t appreciate being disrespected with all the manners and respect i’ve shown

Bought a box of buster bars and none of them were chocolate dipped. There was also chocolate sauce all over the inside of the box and wrappers.
