Everything here is about 50% more expensive than normal DQs. I found out the owner can set prices however they want which made a medium blizzard $9.50! The staff we honest and kind, but management sucks!

Visited the store to order a Blizzard cake. I was served by Chelsea, who was very helpful. She had good product knowledge, explained options, and had very neat handwriting for the cake message. Good Work Chelsea.

The service was great! A friendly person took my order last night and he made my order very fast and perfectly. I will say the prices at this location are a little higher than some of the other ones I've been to. I hope to return to this location in the future. 😄

This is the worst Dairy Queen I have been to yet. They made a very poor “turtles” blizzard, they said they were out of pecans, but can include turtles pieces + caramel. I confirmed they were actual turtles pieces and she said yes, so I was ok with it. I got my order and there was barely anything in it aside from what tasted like caramel chocolate chunks, NOT turtles which the lady confirmed there would be, just not added pecans. They also did not put very much to add, it was mostly vanilla ice cream.. with a splash of a couple caramel chocolate pieces and small amounts of caramel sauce.. also, extremely runny.. we went back in to have another one remade as it was very poorly made, plus had no turtles pieces as she told me there was, she clarified what my problem was with it, and refused to make me a new one, saying only that it was “runny because of the caramel” as if this is to be expected…... Very poor customer service. The girls there have no idea what they are doing + don’t seem to know anything about anything. Even answering my questions regarding what’s in the ice cream she seems clueless. My husband ended up paying for another one and they treated him like it was his problem not theirs. The one they remade was a skor one, based on the previous ice cream he asked for extra skor (previous one had next to nothing in it aside from ice cream), and this one now has way too much skor. That’s not something I would ever usually say unless there’s far too much, there is hardly any ice cream. Overall, this Dairy Queen compared to others is very poorly managed and I will not be visiting again. There is no quality regulation. The photo can’t even capture how much skor is in this. That mound is 99% skor and 1% ice cream, it’s insane! Do better, especially with your customer service. Your items are not cheap and without customers you have no money. You should be more grateful. Something to think about. 2/3 blizzards were not good and or inedible. Think about it.

They have been out of cheesecake for the strawberry cheesecake blizzard most times I’ve been in this summer. They need to work on ordering for what the expected demand is. It’s extremely frustrating as a customer to never have my order.

We had a very good experience here getting a birthday cake (where you have the option to put an image on it) and blizzard. We were explained the different flavours as well. They’re good value and the service was friendly and professional.
