JJ (boss) is a sweetheart. They make delicious shawarmas and offer a cultural flair to our little community in the woods out here. He is always friendly and kind and supports the local community with kindness.
Again I would put him up there with the best or 2nd best shawarma in the Ottawa region. Taking into account osmos shawarma, Sharma king. Shawarma palace and shawarma prince.
If you are hungry for some real food (none of that McDonald's / fast food crap) GO to JJs! You'll get a meal for the exact same price and in the same time ...but... it will just be.. Better.

Had a great experience with JJ's today. I ordered a custom set of multiple family platters as soon it opened and picked up just 75 min later. Everyone loved the food - beef, chicken, rice, potatoes, salad, and poutine, all were great. Dealing with the Big Boss himself was easy, and it was obvious that service and personal attention is always part of the deal here. JJ's was a great choice for our family gathering, we'll do it again for sure.

So this Shawarma place seems like a normal Shawarma place until you speak to the man himself! Not only gave us amazing recommendations and catered to our personal requests. He was so amazingly friendly and cared (actually cared, didn’t just pretend) and wanted to make sure his customers weren’t customers, but guests welcomed into his kitchen. This is a business worth supporting. And then there’s the actual food… good god this shawarma was unreal!! Without a doubt the best shawarma I’ve ever had. Meat was amazing, vegetables were sooo fresh and delicious, sauces were incredible.. genuinely what an amazing experience! I’ll be going back as often as I possibly can.

This is an amazing shawarma place and the food is incredible! Great portion sizes and so delicious! The staff went above and beyond to make a great experience for myself and my family. They even catered to my toddler with various food options which was so thoughtful. Would definitely recommend to everyone - 10/10!
