Gross McDonald’s with a bunch of flies around. I assume manager, on his phone while waiting for the burger and while a customer was waiting to be served. He gave me the wrong Big Mac and came to my table to ask for it back. Fries are gross and old. He also forgot the sauce for the kids meal

Zero stars if I could choose!!!! I got two happy meals for my kids and they gave me expired milk and my daughter said gross after taking a drink and I looked and it was expired by 2 weeks!!! Do better McDonald’s employees and maybe check expiry dates. Makes me wonder what else is expired that they sell

Went here as it’s close to work and I had the Mc Rib. It was just how I remembered it and really enjoyed it . The service is fast given the amount of people they serve here .

Great Drive Thru customer service. They are always very friendly and polite. I have never had a bad experience at this location in Kemptville. Hours can vary, assuming due to employee shortage.
