So I ordered a pizza tonight, arrived within an hour and thats fine as im not right in town, but the issue was I recieved the wrong pizza so I called the restaurant and the gentleman that answered said the driver gave me the wrong order as he had two orders he will send him right back, turns out my pizza was delivered first and they already ate it ( i hope they enjoyed it because I added extra steak green peppers and bacon cause who doesnt like bacon) so they were making another one for me. Ok frustrated as this is not the first time they have messed up my order.
EDIT: Decided to edit my review i will keep the initial issue up, but I will say after my conversation with Cynthia and the things we chatted about have me wanting to give them another chance, because like I said in the original review it was not an issue with the flavor of their food, because my family and I have always enjoyed the food.
But owners like this that take the time to have a conversation about an issue and are honest about issues will always have my business because these days not many can really be honest.

And I want to thank the delivery driver for coming out here two times to get my order here.

Our new favourite pizza in Kemptville. Not only is their pizza amazing and their chicken parm, but the person answering the phone is a delight. Excellent job, Mr. Mozzerella Kemptville! Highly recommend! If we lived in town, we would probably order from there every day. And when we are feeling fancy, Z'Amoré is exquisite. Love these locally owned restaurants that care enough to make great food and provide friendly service! 💕

We ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and honey/hot boneless wings tonight (our same pizza order for years). Unfortunately the pizza came and was just a cheese pizza. I called just to inform them of the error. Whoever answered the phone just about jumped down my throat saying it was ordered as a cheese only pizza and they “took my order so they know”. I explained this was not the case however just wanted to let them know. I wouldn’t have bothered to write a negative review if the person on the phone wasn’t so inexcusably rude. Very disappointed in this experience.

Mr. Mozzarella recently dethroned our previous go-to pizza delivery joint. The pizza is amazing and the cheese is incredible. My favorite pizza is a customized Katrina. The staff here lets me substitute onions for mushrooms and bacon for sausage. Soooo gooood!

We ordered delivery as we often do. Most food was good. But they poured the dip all over the wings...is that a new thing? I called up to complain and they didn't seem to get it.

I ordered dinner to be delivery, and 20 min after the food was to be delivered i called the restaurant to see what was going on. They told me there was an issue with the cooking and they had to remake my one pizza. I wasn't happy as it was now 6:55pm I had hungry kids and adults. They told me over and over they were sorry. And it would be delivered as soon as it was ready if there wasn't a delivery guy a cook would deliver it.. the cook showed up at 730pm. With the 2 pizzas and chicken wings I ordered plus the other pizza the cook wasn't happy with and a 2Lt of pepsi and a gift certificate. I was so shocked. The over cooked pizza was just a little overcooked it was still delicious. It was so touching they felt bad and wanted to make it up.. they sure did. Well done mr. Mozzarella. A+
