I just ordered for delivery chicken tenders n fries. Super steak sub fries. Side gravy and garlic sauce It was awful. Fries way way over salted we can’t eat them garlic sauce is runny n taste like mayo. Steak sub more veggies then anything I’d call but they would offer to replace n I don’t want it Chicken tenders were good but due to the fact they r sitting on top of the way salted fries. Well my taste buds are now salted and can’t get rid of it. That’s bad Delivery person was the best out of this experience

We've been ordering from Mr. Mozzarella since they reopened and find it hit or miss. Their online ordering system works on and off, mostly off. Hence the 3 stars. The pizza, isn't great but not terrible when it is "on".
Our misses have come from this - ordering well done, almost always a miss. You need a spoon to eat, it's that soggy in the middle. And this with only 2 toppings.
Delivery is usually fast, we tip in the browser (when it works), so hopefully drivers get that.
The U/X of the online ordering, when it works, is seriously bad. So much so that instead of pepperoni, we somehow clicked pickles. Add that to the soupy mix of the soggy pizza and it is extra gross. That's on us, we won't be ordering online (at least I won't be) anymore unless they fix both the U/X and the ability to order, which sometimes will take the saved address and then most other times, say it doesn't work. The one time we ordered by phone, it was more expensive then the same order on the web. Odd.
The kids like their build a snack box, which is likely what they'll still order if we make the effort, but for pizza, we're moving on.

I ordered a pizza for delivery and was questioned by the delivery driver about how much I tipped and was told the owner pockets the delivery fee which I had thought went to the drivers to help them pay for gas mileage.

I can’t say enough about how delicious the food is here. And the staff are literally the kindest, hardest working people. And I hate to give them less than a 5 star. However, I can no longer afford the new prices and newly added delivery charge. When two meals and a couple cookies comes to $70 I have to move on. I’m hoping this is a temporary thing as they were closed for a time and perhaps they are trying to make up for lost revenue. Fingers crossed. I’ll check again in a few months…

First pizza order since the re-opening and wow! You have stepped up the sauce BIG TIME! That’s pizza sauce. The sauce is wonderful. The rich spices and flavours carry on after the last bite. Leagues above others now. Well done!

We had a wonderful first experience here. Katrina helped us and she was so lovely. My husband and I came in and saw Katrina treat everyone with so much respect and kindness. She even gave me a complimentary cookie since I am pregnant and craving sweets. :) We will definitely be back and supporting this lovely family business!!
