I found the customer service to be abrupt and close to the worst I received in any Tim Hortons. Some customer training is definitely required.Parking: Always a struggle to find a spot next to restaurant.
This place still knows how to make good (at least good for Tims) food and coffee. Iced coffee that isn't watery, wraps with proper distribution of constituent elements, bagels that are actually toasted and not just warmed. Also very nice people, sometimes I feel like I'm in a daycare, but it looks like a good place for teens to start out.
