Was at Boston Pizza yesterday. We order Pizza and two cups of Coffee. The wife had food stuck to the inside of her cup. I took the cup to the hostess and said they should fire the dishwasher and her. I told the hostess it was a good thing she was not there when the wife found the food halfway throught the cup of coffee. This was not a small pieces of food. Well the hostess never apologized to the wife. Well I should be happy they never charged us for the two cups of coffee.
Ordered from Boston pizza, paid around $180 plus a 20% tip to the driver. Was missing 2 kids pizzas and the 4 fries, called to let them know and asked if I could get the food they said sure. They called me back right after and said no they will only give me credit and no more food, told them I wanted a refund instead. Manager on the phone said the food was delivered and that it was his word against mine that I was missing food. Told him maybe he should check the delivery drivers...read full review
We stopped at Boston Pizza in Kanora, late June 27th.
We had THE BEST Boston Pizza that we have experienced over 4 Provinces.
We had a Pizza Flight (Amazing), 7 cheese Ravioli (Amazing), a kids order of Chicken Strips (amazing).
We started with (the lightest and fluffiest) Pandera and Pizza Breads.
The kitchen went above and beyond. Our server was amazing, friendly, fast and incredibly talented.
