I did drive through. I waited over 5 minutes to have my order taken (there was 1 car ahead of me). I then waited another 5 min for food at the window. I almost left.

Tripple Check your receipt and orders before leaving-critical!!! They have limited time price for combo and still charge you reg price. Drinks are half empty with no ice. Burgers are sloppy, patties half way out of buns. They missed fries from 3rd combo we ordered. We realized this beeing 4mins on Hwy404 already and had to go back. To go back and complain, it took probably good 25+mins and they didn't even think to offer to replace ordered combos so we ended up with cold food.

Went inside nobody was in the drive-through. I ordered right away. Food took 30 minutes. They kept serving the drive-through. Only two people were working the other person was outside taking a break. I don’t know who takes a break at noon when you just open. Poor planning on this store, took up my whole lunch I went there because I thought it was gonna be quick

Dishwasher broke and flooded and it got my shoes wet in the dining area, unpleasant experience.
