“Elpida is an exceptional coffee shop that I love visiting. I have two other favorite flavors of coffee at home, but when I'm out in town, I always make the extra effort to drive to Elpida for their delicious coffee. I prefer to avoid the long lineups and frequent mistakes at Tim Hortons by going to Elpida instead. The staff at Elpida always ensure that my coffee and meals are exactly as I requested, and they consistently provide excellent customer service. Overall, my experiences at Elpida are always fantastic.”

“Wow what a burger! Forget the nearby fast food joints and get a burger here instead. The cost to get a burger, fries and drink here is equal to a fast food combos price but is infinitely better and you get more food at a higher quality.I originally decided to try this location as I've found it increasingly difficult to find a well made flame grilled burger instead of the greasy flat top fried ones most places seem to do.As soon as i walked up I was greeted by the owner who was extremely friendly, patient and very helpful with toppings and information on condiments etc.I ordered the single Angus with cheese, double smoked bacon (more on the bacon later) and a special hot pepper creation by the chef with a side of fries which were very fresh and perfectly fried (forgot to snap a picture).The burger was delicious! The meat and toppings tasted very fresh while the meat itself was grilled perfectly. As well, the burger sauce was quite flavorful adding many subtle layers of flavor to the burger. And, as a bonus, the big kaiser bun that the burger came on didn't turn to mush after a 20m drive home!!!!Finally, the double smoked bacon. I don't know where he gets it but man did the bacon have some flavor!!! Very nice and smokey but still soft enough where it comes apart in a bite.Will definitely be returning here for more burgers and to try other foods!!”

“My finacée and I are regular customers at mucho burritos around the GTA.The food was great but what was outstanding today was the service. I was served by Sunit who was very friendly and had a bright smile. “It was lovely to eat dinner with people who wanted to talk together, and actually be able to hear each other without raising our voices! No loud music. No warehouse atmosphere with terrible acoustics. ???Everyone enjoyed their meals and portions were generous.Unfortunately, the restaurant is not accessible for those with mobility issues. There are stairs at the entrance and two doors to navigate. My sister has limited mobility, but was able to make it with assistance from two other people. Otherwise I would have given a rating of 5 stars ?Parking: Parking lot across the street will often be packed on Friday/ Saturday.Kid-friendliness: I've seen families here with kids and the staff managed it well.Wheelchair accessibility: See comments above under Experience....”

“Really is a no-brainer to support a local business that provides great food at a great price, compared to getting fleeced at any of the overpriced franchises that we have here in town.Gotta appreciate the roasted garlic offered as a free topping as well!”

“Ultimately we've been coming to Kings Tavern for a couple years now and it's quickly become a family favorite! The food is excellent both for dine-in and take out, we've never had a bad experience here and look forward to continuing dining here. The staff and management is always welcoming even when they're running short staffed on busy nights. Highly recommend giving this place a try if you haven't yet.Parking: The establishment is in a small strip mall with a fairly large parking lot. We've never had an issue finding at least one spot open.”

“We're fairly new to the area and went there for New Year's Eve. The food was great and we had a great time.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is accessible with the exception of the accessible washroom which doesn't have a access button to open the bathroom door. This unfortunately deems it not accessible even though the rest of the restaurant is accessible and the staff are very accommodating.”
