“I'd just like to recognize an employee, she who went above and beyond for the satisfaction of my children after their fun cottage weekend with their cousin. We grabbed take out and the toys weren't the same. No big deal accept the fact my over tired 6 year old wasn't impressed. We teach him things aren't always fair in life but due to his tired nature I have in. I went back inside to inquire the separate toys. The nice blonde lady working at 4 ish asked if she could help me . I said I'm sure you're probably out of the same toy which is why you gave to smaller toys instead? She brought down the bin and asked what I was requiring. A simple plastic snake that could change my sons mood and seal his magical weekend. She didn't hesitate and offered it up with a smile. Thank you very much. You REALLY save the end of a PERFECT weekend with the smallest and most recognized gesture. That's why I always come back to Harvey s.
