“Jess is fast, Autumn is the kindest and most thoughtful, I've been bringing my family in here since I got posted to Borden and I am so glad. It's both our son's favorite place. It's always great food, friendly, efficient service, and a fun, family atmosphere. All thanks to the ladies mentioned above. Both my children have special needs, and we are taken care of in such a way, we eat here as often as we can. Usually, once a week. “Ordered a burrito and a burrito bowl through the app and it was ready and waiting when we arrived at the store to pick up. Staff was super friendly and thanked us for ordering. They even wrote a thank you note on a napkin in the bag and on the bag! Food was delicious, fresh and great portion size. Will definitely be returning to Bar Burrito in the future.“
“Love the blizzards however there need to be more of the ingredients in it.Ice cream is fun n makes me happy but it needs to be what is going on in my head when recieving it.Also the cakes need more cake and or ingredient in the whole cake not just a wee Lil bit as the crust...“

Anyways, the cost is off the charts , there are no longer free refills , the interior is so sterile its like a modern prison. Burger King is superior. Never thought I would be saying that. 2 people can go to Swiss chalet for the cost of 2 BMac meals. Think about that for a moment.“

No better or worse than other sub chains, but a bit more expensive than Mr. Sub, and not as EXPENSIVE as Firehouse!?♂️Vegetarian options: There are many veg options.Parking: Plenty of parking, but BEWARE: like parking in every other CF Base, you must pull into a parking space the rear plate MUST be facing out.?♂️“
“This location, at Borden, has yet to disappoint me. Always receive my order as ordered whether I walk in (pre COVID-19) or use the drive thru. During COVID-19, I required 250 Timbits for a contactless delivery. Calling a couple of days ahead, I found out that that the prep work for the next morning's bake happens after close. Placed my order, by phone, the afternoon before for pickup the next morning at 09:20. During the call I was able to arrange for the order to be placed in the rear of my vehicle (hatchback). Upon arrival, 5 minutes late, I stopped at the drive thru speaker to announce myself, paid at the window, moved forward a few feet and had the order placed as requested. No muss, no fuss. A whole lot of gratitude from myself and from those that received them! Thank you Tim's Borden for being reliable, friendly, and accurate. But most of all...THANK YOU for being there during COVID-19!“
“EDIT: The store manager contacted me after leaving this review and remediated the situation. He offered me 2 bowls for free as he reviewed the security camera footage and did find there were mistakes in our order. He let me know that the employee that had made the mistakes was placed back into training to ensure it doesn't happen again. He was very kind and worked very quickly to take care of the mistakes made.Really not impressed. Ordered 2 bowls both with falafels, which I paid an extra $5 for. Got home and found the bowls were half the size the should be, missing ingredients and I got 1 falafel in each bowl…. So I paid over $30 for half the amount of food I should have gotten, and when I add up what my total should have been I was overcharged. Normally love freshii but I am really unimpressed with this.“
