“Jess is fast, Autumn is the kindest and most thoughtful, I've been bringing my family in here since I got posted to Borden and I am so glad. It's both our son's favorite place. It's always great food, friendly, efficient service, and a fun, family atmosphere. All thanks to the ladies mentioned above. Both my children have special needs, and we are taken care of in such a way, we eat here as often as we can. Usually, once a week. “service was absolutely terrible, only a few tables occupied inside and a couple outside, one server, drink and food orders took forever, 45 minutes to get our food after a lengthy amount of time for her to finally come and take our orders owners were there but were not concerned with the service or complaints from other tables“
“This was our first time eating here. We ordered take out. Took over an hour but the wings were worth the wait. Amazing wings! We will certainly be back for them again. And they are the only reason I’m not giving a 1 star review. We also ordered a poutine. It was just okay. Adding some pepper took it up a notch but it’s not something we’d order again Their deep fried mushrooms were disgusting and a waste of $10. They were chewy and had zero seasoning in the batter. I do not recommend them at all. We also waited in the parking lot for our food and they called us a bit early saying it was done early and to come get it. Our food was barely Luke warm so definitely wasn’t “just made” and had obviously been sitting for a while. Maybe that’s why the mushrooms went chewy and gross?“
“Love the blizzards however there need to be more of the ingredients in it.Ice cream is fun n makes me happy but it needs to be what is going on in my head when recieving it.Also the cakes need more cake and or ingredient in the whole cake not just a wee Lil bit as the crust...“
“The entire franchise is steadily going downhill. I can't wait until I get asked to do the review on the newly renovated Bayfield St location.. Anyways, the cost is off the charts , there are no longer free refills , the interior is so sterile its like a modern prison. Burger King is superior. Never thought I would be saying that. 2 people can go to Swiss chalet for the cost of 2 BMac meals. Think about that for a moment.“
“Had a recent dine in experience at this location... .its nice n clean.... Food was way too fresh and everything was yum... My kids finish everything within seconds... Staff is friendly and well mannered... All in all was great time here... Will definitely recommend visit there......“
