“We had such a lovely dinner experience here! From the moment we walked in, the staff were so nice. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, but what really stood out was how kind and thoughtful they were toward our daughter. They went out of their way to make her feel special, talking with her and just showing genuine care. It’s rare to find a place where the hospitality feels this heartfelt. The food was delicous too, but it’s the warmth and kindness we’ll remember most. We’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Burger Royal does have really good food. I will give them that. But their service is terrible. I went in the other day and was told my burger would be 10-15 mins and it took them 28 mins to make just a cheese burger!!! Nothing else!! This isn’t the first time this has happened. This has probably happened 4 or 5 times over the last 7 times I have stopped in. Those are terrible averages. They only had 3 ppl working and they were clearly under staffed for being around dinner time. Not to mention there was no fifth gear they were all stuck in first gear. No hustle, just dragging their feet. It was sad to watch how slow they were for how busy they were. It was painful to watch. They clearly don’t care about customer service. I feel like when ever I decide to give them another shot its the same disappointment. Burger Royal is making it much easier to not go there even though they have good food, they really lack in the service part. Great food is nothing without proper and professional service!! I hope they can get their act together!“

It is not a sit down/waiter type of restaurant, rather a fast food burger place with a few tables. I have only had burger and fries, but they are fresh and you do get a lot, for a great price.
