Our server, Sharon, was kind, welcoming and attentive to our needs.We ordered 4 quarter chicken white dinners a d a kids chicken fingers. 1 of 4 chicken was stone cold, but we ate it anyway, because the rest of the meal was hot and we didn't care to disturb the already chaotic kitchen.Overall, great lunch and amazing service!
I was pleasantly surprised after ordering Swiss Chalet last night. There was a period of time I had stopped eating their food as I felt the quality and portions had dropped.But the food was amazing last night. Salad portions were great and fresh, steamed vegetables were delicious, the chicken was perfect. Just as I like it - crispy skin and tender flesh.

Service was much slower than normal.Prices have gone up again, therefore becoming less of a good value. Always enjoy their chicken, but it will be less often due to increased pricing.
