I will never go back to this location. The food was overcooked, stale, and just overall disgusting. I just wanted to take my Mum out for supper, and the server, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, was absolutely disdainful towards us both. She would not check back and see if we needed anything, and we had to get her attention multiple times just to get a facsimile of service. She gave us the impression that she did not want us there. As my Mum is physically disabled, this felt incredibly targeted and discriminatory.

Our server, Sharon, was kind, welcoming and attentive to our needs.We ordered 4 quarter chicken white dinners a d a kids chicken fingers. 1 of 4 chicken was stone cold, but we ate it anyway, because the rest of the meal was hot and we didn't care to disturb the already chaotic kitchen.Overall, great lunch and amazing service!

I was pleasantly surprised after ordering Swiss Chalet last night. There was a period of time I had stopped eating their food as I felt the quality and portions had dropped.But the food was amazing last night. Salad portions were great and fresh, steamed vegetables were delicious, the chicken was perfect. Just as I like it - crispy skin and tender flesh.
I was in tonight and even though it wasn’t busy our server Samantha. R was excellent and attentive we had fast amazing service and would definitely come back to this location recommend the cheese loaf and the 1/2 chicken everything was

I used the drive thru in the south location, ended up waiting for over 10-15m past the window for them to bring me fries that were ice cold and the chicken wasn't fresh either...Very pour experience. for a meal over 20$, it should be hot at least.

$20 for this… Sad.I’ve gotten this exact thing multiple times and never has the pie filling been a quarter of the container. The fries are also stone cold and I picked up right as the employee was bringing it out to put in the warm bags. Rip off.

Just ordered take out. Haven't dined in for over a year. They have sale on, 2 can dine for $19.99. Which is a great deal, i mean I can't eat at McDonald's that cheap, however, chicken portion was very small. I would definitely pay the extra 2$ for white meat. My dark meat 1/4 chicken was smaller than my dinner roll.
