“I went for breakfast the other day with my partner. The food was good but our server was probably one of the best I have ever had. She made us laugh and felt like we had been friends since high school. Makes such a big difference when you have a great server. Most breakfast places are not memorable because it’s just breakfast food but Sandra made it so fun and that’s going to be our new Sunday spot !“
“seriously I cannot say enough good things about this place! The restaraunt is very clean in appearance. There were fresh flowers at every table. The staff were very warm and inviting. Everything on the menu looked so good that it was a tough to choose just one thing! the portions are large and flavorful. I ordered the bomb burger and it was amazing! I know the menu says that it's bologna on the burgers and some of the other dishes it it's not your typical bologna.... mine had chicken and beef bologna and the quality of the meat was wonderful. we ordered a side of sausage and cheese fries and honestly we probably could have just gotten the mains without a side , we were so full but kept eating because the food was so good. the bomb burger is a double patty cheeseburger with sandwich sliced chicken and beef along with mushrooms , onions, tomatoes and peppers all baked into a bun which is light and fluffy in texture.... sort of like a really good pizza pocket... there was a bit of a language barrier but the people were so friendly that it didn't really affect anything. the staff even gave us a few extras ( coffee and cookies while we waited for our food and samples of some of the ingredients that were going into our food). they also have pizza which we fully intend to try on our next visit. great people and great food are a rare combination but this place has it all!“

“This place is definitely a hidden gem. I live in the area and passed by a few times and now I’m regretting not trying it out a lot sooner. The food is *chefs kiss!!! The portion sizes for the price doesn’t disappoint, you absolutely get great value for your money. Everything is made fresh while you wait unlike some places that has the food sitting on a warmer. The only thing for me is that I wish they were opened a little later for dinner, other than that the service, food and atmosphere are impeccable.I recommended this place to a few friends who drove from the city to try the food and they all had good things to say every time.Now that a Tim Horton’s has opened up across the street I hope that it doesn’t take away the loyal customers from this establishment. Got the Getting piggy with it burger, my friends got different special burgers from their new craft menu. Burgers were massive, great flavours, cooked perfectly. I give it a 3/5 because the chicken was definitely a bit rubbery, as in it probably was thawed from frozen. The pita itself was soft and nice. The flavors are definitely there using a premade sauce that they doused the wrap in. It was okay.The wife had the hollandaise, and my 2 year old had the pancakes. These by far were exceptional and worthy of their name, happy. 5/5. Home fries are really flavorful and soft. I recommend you pay extra for the real maple ? syrup.We will definitely be back for their breakfast items. Bottomless coffee is a good value, and it's really good. Poutine was 3.5/5. So, my husband had a floater in his beer, they disagreed but reluctantly gave him a new beer. there was a beer and wine special, we were only told about the beer. I asked for flats only and was told no guarantee would probably get one or two drumsticks - I got two flats... (see photo). waitress said "oh sorry" . waste of 14.99 for 8 wings. my husband overheard the waitress tell the Manager and he said "oh don't worry about it they won't be back anyways". he is correct!!“
“We just tried Shoreland for the first time. The atmosphere was really cool and inviting, even though we were just picking our food up to go. I ordered the double burger and my wife got the vegetarian burger. I thought the beef was well spiced and delicious. Also the portion was quite large which was a pleasant surprise. My wife also enjoyed her vege burger. The owner was at the restaurant and was very pleasant and friendly. Tonight we ordered off the skip app and the menu wasn't correct so I called to ask about it and although it wasn't their fault they made us another pizza and delivered it themselves.... we were so impressed and the pizza was amazing!!! The burgers come in double and single patty options; I opted for the double, and the bacon flavor was really good, with a hint of sweetness from being marinated in maple syrup. You can choose multiple toppings and sauces for your burger, and they even offer mushrooms, which I definitely had to include. However, the burger buns were a bit disappointing; they weren't brioche buns and were quite average. After half an hour of takeout, they became a bit too sticky. It seems like swapping the bun for lettuce would be a better option. The hot dog bun was decent, and the beef hot dog was quite tasty. Of course, I had to add bacon, cheese, and mushrooms to the hot dog as well.“
