“My friend and I ate for the first time at the A&W @ Green Lane and Yonge St. in Newmarket near Silvercity. The service was exceptional, the staff friendly &polite, the food was piping hot, when delivered to our table. I like A&W they usually all have great service this one just went that little bit farther.“

“A simple take out spot but the owner knows what he’s doing and concentrates on what he’s great at, which is making the Best pizza I’ve had in Newmarket since I’ve lived here. That is saying a LOT. I hope he doesn’t raise his prices because it’s not a cheap pizzeria but the motto is “you get what you pay for.”
It’s also not unreasonably priced.
We had the Di Fara. Simple and Heavenly. Crust perfect. Mixture of cheese - divine. Bellisimo !“

“Loved the Christmas decorations! Food and service good. Was there for lunch but the music was so loud we had to shout to be heard. Don’t mind music while eating but the volume was quite annoying. People across from us commented they did not enjoy the music or its volume. We were going to come to Jack’s with another couple for dinner but have changed our plans due to the noise level.“

“They make a really good burger! Fries are great too. Nice and crispy! The owners are super friendly and will stack your burger just how you like it. I asked for just 7 fries and they had no problem doing that unlike other places where if there isn't a button for that item, they won't make it.
Prices are reasonable for the portion size. And once you taste their food, you won't care what it costs.

“👉 First of all, this restaurant is NOT in King, as Google Maps suggests. It's at the bridge in Bradford (Simcoe/York border).

This restaurant has been around since my childhood, and though we don't go often, we ALWAYS go there for our large family outings.

They are super accommodating with tons of space and incredible food. I've never had a bad meal at the Riverview. The interior has remained original, which I love. It's comforting to see something that stands the test of time with its retro charm and fights against modern coldness. I much prefer it, if I'm being honest. Modern restaurants have their place, but old school charm is where it's at...

If you haven't yet been to The Riverview, you need to go. Above average portion sizes, great food and service at a reasonable cost. And tons of retro, small town personality.

I would suggest following them on Facebook or Instagram, but... you CAN'T! Old school at its very best. No social media. You'll just have to trust me :)“

“We frequently go to the Davis Diner and the service and food has always been good. When we went there today we got a pleasant surprise. Their Easter Specials were advertised by the door and the “Roast Lamb” caught our attention and we decided to give it a try. The lamb was cooked perfectly; tender, moist and nicely seasoned. It was served with mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables and garlic bread. The sauce that came with the lamb was also very good. This exceptional meal was reasonably priced at just under $20. Dinner for 2 with coffee and tea came to just over $50 with tax. Well done Davis Diner.“

“On great reviews we decided to try Perfect Szn. We reserved a table for a party of 9. Celebrating both my parents 80th b/d and our grand daughters birthday. My folks were coming from out of town and had never met their great grand daughter so it was a very special celebration. Perfect Szn did not disappoint. They actually exceeded our expectations. Our meals were so fresh and delicious. A few of us had fries as our sides. Omg, the fries are to die for. With a touch of Perfect Szn seasoning is a must try. Our server Kristen was so friendly, patient, sweet and went above and beyond to make our experience great. You know when someone loves their job and it truly showed with her. “I live an hour away, however, my daughter lives in Newmarket. I first fell in love with Hamish's when I lived in Scarborough so visited their Pharmacy & St. Clair often. I now live far away from T. & was so happy to see them in Newmarket. Visiting my daughter tomorrow & treating us to fish, chips, gravy & mushy peas for lunch. “second new restaurant in Bradford with poor customer service! So, my husband had a floater in his beer, they disagreed but reluctantly gave him a new beer. there was a beer and wine special, we were only told about the beer. I asked for flats only and was told no guarantee would probably get one or two drumsticks - I got two flats... (see photo). waitress said "oh sorry" . waste of 14.99 for 8 wings. my husband overheard the waitress tell the Manager and he said "oh don't worry about it they won't be back anyways". he is correct!!“

“I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with a side of coleslaw, and it was absolutely outstanding. I can honestly say that I have never had chicken this good anywhere in Canada. The chicken was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, and the coleslaw was fresh and delicious.
What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in.“

“Came here before 5 and it was not busy. We ordered two roast beef items that were limited time. I got the roast beef on a bun and my partner had the chicken and roast beef. Great portions and everything came out fresh. I enjoyed the poutine very much. The au jus was a nice touch but I enjoyed the gravy much more.
