their food is hot fresh and tastes amazing! But pls pls pls no seasoning on your onion rings. They are iconic, leave them be. Keswick location 5 star for service and cleanliness. I am drooling to try a whistle dog. next chilli dog.
good food, customer service needs work... customer ahead of me was taking a long time to order. when I asked why delay when I go to speaker, my question was totally ignored. it was ignored again when I got to window. gonna rethink going to the Keswick A&W store based on this experience.
