“I had a smash burger today and it was really tasty! Toppings were all fresh and it was made the way I asked. My fries were good too. I stole an onion ring from my bf and it was yummy! The woman at the front cash was amazing at her job, and very friendly. She made sure everyone was brought their food and even brought condiments over to us. She really hustled I must say! I think paying a bit more for freshly made food and the awesome service we received, it was well worth it! :) I will definitely return.“

“We always go for the poutine and onion rings here! Our family loved it! Always made fresh. Worth the wait. Try their hamburger and cheese burger too. Love it! The owner and staff are all nice and friendly. Yesterday we have 2 large poutine and a medium oniin rings. We will always be back!“

“We ordered online for pickup after our sons hockey game and picked up our ordered on route from the arena to our hotel. The online ordering system was simple and easy to navigate, we were able to choose a pickup time that worked perfectly for us, and when we arrived our order was ready within a few minutes. The gentleman who gave us our order was also very friendly.

All of our meals tasted great and everyone was happy with what they ordered. We’ve been to Boston Pizza many times, although this was our first experience at this location.

There were just two disappointments. We specifically requested utensils with our online order because we were staying in a hotel, but unfortunately none were included. Thankfully our hotel front desk was able to provide some, because pasta would have been pretty difficult to eat otherwise!

We also found the appetizer portion extremely small compared with what we’ve received from Boston Pizza in the past while dining in. It tasted good, but there was barely enough for two people, let alone the four of us. This was never an issue while seated in the restaurant.

Overall, the food was great, pickup was quick and convenient, and the service we did receive was friendly. Just those couple of small things kept this from being a five-star experience.“

“Been to this location around 8 times now , each time the staff has been great. I order the same thing each time a Big Harv original with both cheeses Cheddar. Each time the burger has been fresh unlike a lot of the other location that the burger is warm and the cheese doesn't melt. This place all 3 times was fresh and tasted good. Hopefully they keep up the good work.“

“We had a great visit at DQ today ! Greeted with smiles, they shared the excitement for icecream with my daughter and made a nice experience. I also want to say that while there, I noticed some some dedication to the job they do because a customer came in requesting a personalized icecream cake and the employee who writes on the cakes was on break... She stopped her break to complete that order for that customer! You deserve your breaks and have every right to enjoy it, every minute of it. So the fact you paused your break to provide that customer satisfaction deserves some appreciation I think 😊. Go Dairy Queen Alliston and thanks for keeping our summers cool 😎“
