“We were greeted at the door Emma helped my two elderly parents in the restaurant. The steak was to die for. Wings were out of this world. And lemme tell you people. The potato skins wow. The cheesecake incredible. Best meal ive had in a long time. Continuous care from bartender checking on us. Owner checking on us, girl at front checkin in on us. Emma is by far one of the most incredible servers on this planet.
Ive ran many niteclubs and organized Alliston potato festival as past vice president. And know how important customer service is these days.

“What an awesome experience at the new Woodstock location - the greeter and servers were efficient, friendly and made you feel welcome!! The Halibut was delicious, light batter, fries and coleslaw very tasty. Well done team!!👍“

“Best panzerotti and Pizza in Alliston. The owners are super friendly and accommodating! Best part is the little TVs in the booth. Watched all of the play offs without any he busyness of other restaurants. The bathrooms are clean and employees constantly cleaning.“

“We ordered online for pickup after our sons hockey game and picked up our ordered on route from the arena to our hotel. The online ordering system was simple and easy to navigate, we were able to choose a pickup time that worked perfectly for us, and when we arrived our order was ready within a few minutes. The gentleman who gave us our order was also very friendly.

All of our meals tasted great and everyone was happy with what they ordered. We’ve been to Boston Pizza many times, although this was our first experience at this location.

There were just two disappointments. We specifically requested utensils with our online order because we were staying in a hotel, but unfortunately none were included. Thankfully our hotel front desk was able to provide some, because pasta would have been pretty difficult to eat otherwise!

We also found the appetizer portion extremely small compared with what we’ve received from Boston Pizza in the past while dining in. It tasted good, but there was barely enough for two people, let alone the four of us. This was never an issue while seated in the restaurant.

Overall, the food was great, pickup was quick and convenient, and the service we did receive was friendly. Just those couple of small things kept this from being a five-star experience.“

“Stopped by on our way to Alliston. Not sure what the name of the desert is called, but it has a little bit of chocolate, coconut, a layer of cream with a thin layer of toffee on top. Together the flavours are to die for. I think this is the best dessert I ever had ever! I bought two and I see myself in the near future driving back to buy more…And how could I forget, the pralines and cream ice cream… Absolutely delicious! :)“
