“Burger Royal does have really good food. I will give them that. But their service is terrible. I went in the other day and was told my burger would be 10-15 mins and it took them 28 mins to make just a cheese burger!!! Nothing else!! This isn’t the first time this has happened. This has probably happened 4 or 5 times over the last 7 times I have stopped in. Those are terrible averages. They only had 3 ppl working and they were clearly under staffed for being around dinner time. Not to mention there was no fifth gear they were all stuck in first gear. No hustle, just dragging their feet. It was sad to watch how slow they were for how busy they were. It was painful to watch. They clearly don’t care about customer service. I feel like when ever I decide to give them another shot its the same disappointment. Burger Royal is making it much easier to not go there even though they have good food, they really lack in the service part. Great food is nothing without proper and professional service!! I hope they can get their act together!“

“Absolutely Amazing ice cream shop!!! First time ever being here and I have to say I will 10000% be back. I just got my wisdom teeth out and need something nice and soft and this amazing student served me and was so personable and helped me pick out a soft amazing flavour for my mouth. The ice cream was absolutely delicious and we spent 70 dollars on all different flavours. I will be getting my two year old little girl custom birthday cake made here in June! “My blizzard is always made to perfection. I only wish they had a drive-thru but location is too small for one. FYI, I gave the Dairy Queen in ANGUS a bad review because their food lately has not been good. A couple of weeks ago, the blizzard I ordered tasted like stale ice cream with rancid chocolate. I complained and my review was blocked on Facebook.“
“We are from out of town and only go into Barrie to visit my in-laws. Went into Kawartha Dairy this past Sunday to buy some honey, and my kids wanted an ice cream cone. After sampling a couple, they decided and got HUGE scoops of ice cream. My daughter (4 yrs old) was enjoying herself when the huge ball rolled off and dropped onto the floor. The lovely woman behind the counter didn't even blink and gave her a huge other portion in a cup. We love this Kawartha Dairy. It's always full of Kawartha's amazing flavours, the service is always quick and amazing and they are almost always in stock of my favourite local honey brand Kawartha Lakes basswood honey. We appreciate you!“
