“second new restaurant in Bradford with poor customer service! So, my husband had a floater in his beer, they disagreed but reluctantly gave him a new beer. there was a beer and wine special, we were only told about the beer. I asked for flats only and was told no guarantee would probably get one or two drumsticks - I got two flats... (see photo). waitress said "oh sorry" . waste of 14.99 for 8 wings. my husband overheard the waitress tell the Manager and he said "oh don't worry about it they won't be back anyways". he is correct!!“

We came in with a fairly large party and the owner was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was well prepared. We had not been ordering from pizza pizza too often but this visit has made pizza pizza our go-to pizza in Bradford!“

“The staff at the Big Bay Point are polite, hard working and effecient. There was a young man in charge of forming the pizza dough and there was a little girl watching him through the glass. He saw her and tried to make her laugh. It was super sweet. The employee that cashed me out was professional and curious.

Vegetarian options: I am a vegetarian and would love to see more selection. Pizza pizza has great options. Broccoli. Sun dried tomatoes etc. also Italian peppers would be appreciated. Red onion. Your selection is rather basic.“

“@stlouiswings this is what happens when you spend almost $100 at Innisfil location: - food took 15 minutes longer than promised (arrived at the restaurant at the time indicated in the receipt, host told me that my food wasn't ready. When I asked how long it would take. His answer was: 5, 6 or 10 minutes.... hopefully...). I went back to wait in the car and came back 10 minutes later. Someone else was at the podium; my order wasn't even ready. The girl went to check with the kitchen and returned to tell me to wait another 5 minutes. I finally received my order around 7:50) - missing bottle of Pepsi - paid for 5lbs and only received 3lbs (with tray's weight included) - part of the order was incorrect and the food was 5/10 I would love to hear back from the manager and to get a refund for the food and drink I paid for and didn't get. It was my first (and possibly the last) time at St. Louis Wings“

“Ordered a cpl large 4 or 5 topping pies tonight. Extra cheese of course. They said it will take 60 mins for eelivery. To my suprize. Must of been the perfect time to order.Now, getting to the pizza itself, both were so good !! I dont know if they changed or not ut these pies were so good. Nice crust. Loaded with toppings.
