“Golden Girl has killer wings!! We have finally found our wing spot in Barrie!!! Crispy golden fried and not overly sauced which to us is perfection! Nothing worse than a soggy wing. The owner is delightful. I love all the pictures of his Golden Girl!! We will definitely be back!!!“

“I purchased chicken soup on a number of occasions for my Grandson who's 23 months. He calls the food yummy. I have eaten other food on the menu, and each time we have enjoyed it. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. This restaurant hasn't been open very long, but you should at least visit once, as you won't regret it. Some food like festival is made to order, which just goes to prove how on the ball these people are. We know that there is more than one shop. We visited Carib Dish at St. Clair Avenue West.“

“The funny thing is that I have lived in Barrie for seven years but have never gone to the Bull and Barrel Pub until today. It is an old fashioned British pub with regal decor that makes people feel comfortable as soon as they step in. I decided to get their meatball soup with their fish and chips. The soup was certainly needed as we had our first snow fall of the year. It had enough meat in it and the meatballs were bite size with just enough spice in the soup. On to the main, the fish was absolutely perfect flaky and full of flavour with just enough tartar sauce and malt vinegar (the proper way to add to bring out the flavor of the fish.the chips were prepared well a bit of crunch on the outside but fluffyon the outside. The price was very reasonable. I did want to mention the service. the young lady was polite, professional and very efficient. While it was not busy , service was very prompt. I forgot to get the sticky toffee pudding though. I will definitely be back . I hear they have an old fashioned rast beef dinner on Sunday i may have to check that out .“

“One of the best pizza in barrie. If you wanna try indian style best pizza thats the place. I visited on Sunday at 11pm night with my fried order butter chicken pizza it was amazing. The taste was so good along with the crust. Honestly recommend this place to go and give it a must try.“

“They went over and above expectation! We went to pick up our order of a large pizza and found out that the wrong pizza had been made, so ours wasn’t ready yet. But the staff had realized their mistake before we arrived and had already made the correct order, which was in the oven and would take just 5 more minutes to be ready. “This place has the best slices in Barrie! I come here weekly to grab a slice of pepperoni. The crust is amazing it’s exactly how a pizza slice should be. Only tiny complaint is the pepperoni slices could have a couple more pepperonis. I will continue to keep coming here as long as they keep dishing out quality slices“
