Rajeev was very helpful. I came in not knowing exactly what to order and she suggested a bowl of rice, chicken, and veggies and I enjoyed very much. Simple and delicious.

I ordered for pick up through doordash.
I arrived at the set time. My order was clearly half prepared. Unfortunately there was only one employee working and he proceeded to tell me that my order was going to wait until he helped the next guest in line. I try to be patient, I understand he's understaffed.
However, I do not appreciate waiting an extra 10mins, not getting an apology for the wait.. and then having my fries taste like garbage because they are no longer fresh.
Poor customer service. My order was clearly first and my fries shouldn't have been sitting around that long.

I went there tonight to buy food since power was down at home. I waited for a long time in line and then the girl asked what type of burrito I wanted and if I could pay cash. I told her I wanted a steak burrito and she said it was 19.75 with a drink. I gave her 20$ and I told her she could keep the change and she said thank you. Immediately they told me they couldn’t prepare my burrito because they couldn’t cook my steak. I understood and I asked for my money back. Since they had called the owner, the owner came right away and she was in an awful mood and I mentioned I was waiting for a refund and she was very rude and said “ you have 2 options, one you wait I get the key and 2 you wait I get the key”. After a minute or so she came and gave me MY 20$ back and told me I could keep the change like if SHE was the one giving ME an extra quarter. Lady, first be polite to your customers and learn how to run a business. Second, WHEN I PAID IT WAS 19.25 AND I WAS THE ONE WHO TOLD THE GIRL SHE COULD KEEP THE QUARTER SO YOU DID NOT GIVE ME EXTRA CHANGE THAT WAS RIGHTFULLY MINE!!! YOU ARE RUDE AND NASTY!!

The owner has quite the nerve to reply below very politely and saying she will address the issue with her team. The team or girls working there didn’t do anything. It was the owner who was utterly rude and confrontational and mistreated me. So save your apology. Not accepted, and like I told you I will never set foot in your place. First, learn some manners before you open a business. FYI the customer is always right. Keswick neighbors please stay away from this place!!

Horrible customer service. Amy is rude to customers. The food arrived with no meat. Amy wouldn’t do anything about stating she put meat on. Do not recommend. Ended up with $25 refund on $60 order and no food. Do not go to Amy at bar burrito.

Extremely small portions. We bought 5 bowls, 1of them had 3 pieces of dice size chicken. The other once were not much bigger....I will not
be coming back.... Barrburrito in Newmarket is definitely better. I thought the sizes are the same in every location as it is the same chain...people in Keswick don't care if the customers are coming back. I guess, no customers, no jobs.

Horrible place to eat at. Went there during my break, and as soon as I was ordering one of the workers were very impatient and tried to rush me while I was picking what food I wanted on my order. They were stingy with the portions, adding more beans than meat and rice. One of the workers started to compliment me a lot when noticing I was getting irritated having to ask them multiple times to add a little bit more of the food. Definitely will not be coming back. Fix your customer service.

Great food and great employees.
There’s one woman who works at this store in particular (I can’t believe I don’t know her name!!) who never fails to make my day whenever I come in. She is friendly, asks how you’re doing, and always engages in a meaningful conversation. Not to mention, my food is always extra delicious when made by her! 😁 I also just had to add that their music is always 10/10

So I've gone here a couple of times. One of the first times they barely.filled Thier "burrito bowl" halfway. And I know this because I've gone to other locations and they can barely close the lid by the time they're done.

In any case I didn't say anything.

The following time I order online (again) and made sure to open the abg before eleaving and noticed the same thing.

Now being a non-confrontational person I went back in immediately and simply ask they put more rice (inexpensive and easy) as the bowl was fairly empty.

Then I got home only to notice that the with regards to one of the two burritos I also ordered was missing the meat (the main component) so I NOW I had to drive back and notify them.

They DID make me a new burrito at no cost but the inconvenience of the matter never got addressed.

All in all - I will not be ordering from this location in the future.

They were not busy or "swamped" in either occasion. It seems the youthful staff is just indifferent of the service they provide.

For the second occasion- it occurred the day of this post. I do have the online receipt though they took the physical copy. And I will be contacting head office regarding the matter.

It's a shame that one can't even order from a restaurant without it becoming a hassle, more than once ON THE SAME ORDER, in some restaurants these days.
